Using Carousel Push for greater engagement

What do you like best about the product?
We started using Insider’s Carousel Push to redefine the mobile experience for our app users and the results were better than expected. This led us to check out other products from their platform and see how we could use them going forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don’t have any complaints with the products we are using right now, but it would be great to see their documentation become available in more regional languages.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Since we used the platform extensively for our mobile app requirements, we can confidently suggest Insider’s mobile app suite as a great tool for out-of-the-box mobile app marketing. Especially tools like Carousel Push helped us take our push notifications to the next level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The engagement on our Push Notifications was below average. The standard push notification with the small app icons and text would often be lost in the notification tray among other notifications. Using Insider’s Carousel Mobile App push we greatly improved the clicks we got from push notifications. The ability to showcase multiple products in the same notification served us really well for our cart reminder campaigns, and we were able to reduce our cart abandonment by more than 20%.

What do you like best about the product?
Our goal is to increase the number of our Monthly Active Users (MAUs) and re-engage with passive users. To help hit our goals, we needed to engage users with active personalization strategies. Insider’s platform provided the perfect personalization tool with which we were able to target new users while engaging with passive ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few initial delays in the integration onto our platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for ways to increase our Monthly Active Users and bring back inactive users. Insider’s personalization capabilities helped us achieve both as we are now able to target users with content that is highly relevant and personalized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to increase your MAUs and bring back inactive users, Insider has the capabilities to support your business goals. Their platform is not just limited to personalization messaging, they have a comprehensive Growth Management Platform that's easy to use for marketers as well. We’ve also been able to make use of Insider for recommendations, which worked really well for us.

A/B testing cannot be done on different types of push notifications.

What do you like best about the product?
I can target all my users with specific segments and feel free to play with the images or GIFs ! Insider team are the most helpful partner, they will help us to reach our marketing objective thru their channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the dashboard are too old-fashioned& also the ability to customized the message such as font sizes and colored-text. But they said it will be revamped, so I think it's good to listen to your client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How I connect with active and non-active users. We can give specific promotion to specific users to optimize the app usages. Insider also provide a playground for marketing too do experiments with the various model of notifications and messages.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider helped us revamp our mobile push efforts like we were able to send push notification when the customers were more likely to read them. Then comes feature rich part where we can send a normal push, a rich version as well carousel.

Plus with AI we were able to segregate users based on their behavior and activity
What do you dislike about the product?
More templates are always welcomed recommendations to others considering the product
Insider push feature is very versatile, way better than other brands as it’s a part of bigger Growth Management Platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out the mobile app users as a personal brand is great. There is too many bits of information to consume and Insider makes it easy to send that bit which is useful to our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We would recommend Insider to anyone who is interested in increasing their key metrics including traffic, checkout rates, average order value, conversion rate, and more. Their personalization capabilities always deliver results, so it is definitely worth the investment.

We knew who uninstalled are an app and how we can re-engage with them

What do you like best about the product?
A lot of our business revenue depends on our mobile app having a picture of which of our users uninstalled our app where the reason might incompatibility of the new app, bugs in the new version or people just moving on. Insider provided us with a method to track these instances and with its GMP we were able to re-engage with these customers over email, Facebook and Google ads and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a little more time than expected to implement recovery techniques.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking to find out who uninstalled our app and what was the problem and since Insider did that and also provided us ways to re-engage with our customers. We were able to do both monitoring and finding a solution for our problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to re-engage with lost mobile users, Insider is amazing. Because it’s not just meant for mobile marketing but also can communicate with users over push, email, web and more, you have a lot of opportunities to win back your lost mobile-app users.

What do you like best about the product?
Super helpful and always handy to help us running our campaigns in different platforms. The service provided is also good and the team help us immensely especially during big campaigns such as birthday and Ramadan.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’d be great if there were more templates available for gamification, especially in app. Because we’re looking to improve the engagement of our app users to retain customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting new customer emails are easier during our big campaigns because Insider provided the trigger-push. Gamification also helps us to drive our sales when there’s no internal campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
We are very happy with the level of support we receive from the customer success team. Their industry knowledge really helps us in creating effective campaigns that best engage our customers. Plus the quick turn around time for each campaign to go live ensures we stay on top of customer trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a difficulty question because we are very satisfied with Insider hence having had them as supplier for the last 2 years! However, to answer the question, artwork design might be a weakness Insider could improve. This is not their core business so it has never been an issue for us at all. We use our own in house design team to provide all the branded elements Insider might request. That way, we are sure that the high quality standard we are imposing to our brand is consistent across all platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Insider’s intelligent customer segmentation capabilities, we have been able to effectively send the most relevant messages to the right target segment at optimal times. That level of personalization helps in creating a more engaging and tailored experience for each of our customers. Having such a deep understanding of our customer segmentation also allows us to learn more about which stage of the funnel each customer is currently in and how to best communicate with them. This has really helped our bottom line and also lowered our churn rate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider’s growth platform was very easy to integrate with our website and having multiple features that cover different channels, allows us to have a dynamic approach to our marketing activities. Insider’s account support makes things hassle free and helps us to get the most out of our mobile-first engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
I believe Insider gives the best functionality in terms of ease of access toward the market. I have been using for some time now and I believe this software is one of the top in the market at the moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
What i dislike about this software is very minimal, and the only improvement it needs is the ability for communication between users and the potential clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the issue of reaching a broader audience as well has having the right method of control of our product marketing information

What do you like best about the product?
insider has been working great for us! They have tons of options for mobile app engagement
that really creates an impact on conversion and ROI. We loved the ease of implementation
and the fact that it created a gamified experience for the users, thus making it more
engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. It’s been really good for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Boosting Mobile app conversion is a tricky spot and that’s exactly where we were stuck. To
overcome this challenge we started exploring Insider’s unique mobile app engagement
features to build a unique experience for our app users. It worked great for us. We explored
almost all their features and we saw the conversion and user engagement rate going up. We
look forward to keeping experimenting and getting better.

Insider’s Growth Management Platform has so much to offer and for the kind of experience
we have had with just one feature, it seems really promising. Particularly in terms of boosting
