More than just a tool: Partnership that help us grow

What do you like best about the product?
From strategy planning to execution, we received dedicated local support from Insider’s account management team.

A user-friendly and unified platform with great features and support with AI-backed technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the panel is user-friendly, we still need some time and guidelines to adapt.
If there is an onboarding step guiding us we use the panel will be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have loads of SKUs onsite and are still growing, how to deliver the most relevant products to the users is our main focus.

We are always looking for technology that enables us to personalize our users' shopping experience.

With the Insider Panel, not only are we able to segment users but also capable of shipping personalizations faster with all the amazing templates.

I also like the mentality of continuous growth from the team which also aligned our business approach. We always run AB test experiments and also learn from the best practices from other Insider' partners

Experience using insider in marketing development

What do you like best about the product?
We love Insider’s customer data processing and consolidation feature, it is really a hub for customer data across platforms and channels. And it’s not just about data, Insider’s platform has all the tools a marketer needs to engage customers across all these channels and platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation can be a bit tricky sometimes but they also have round the clock assistance to help us with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The traffic to our website and mobile web has shown significant growth in the recent months, and we wanted a marketing solution that would enable us to optimize the user experience for our visitors, optimize each user’s journey across our channels and engage them individually. We realized Insider’s web suite had the perfect solutions for this. One challenge along the way was to get users to opt-in to our web push, easier said than done, but in reality, after using Insider we realized an opt-in rate of 9.3% which was better than the benchmark for our industry. Amazing tool really!

What do you like best about the product?
It only took 30 mins to install the basic functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The loading of the background pages are too time consuming, even sometimes the screens get stuck with spinning circle.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s team is very helpful and knowledgeable, they make it a priority to support us at every junction. This level of quality support in real-time is unparalleled and has helped us go live with many campaigns much quicker than we expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’re still in the process of getting started, so it’s too soon to say about the negatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started using trigger push and conversion push from Insider’s Web Push and we’re already seeing great results from these campaigns. When we compare the onsite metrics from before and after, we realize that the ROI from using Insider is positive plus it is also an easy to use marketing hub. We no longer have to use multiple tools, Insider brings everything to one place.

So far the experience has been great and there's nothing we dislike.

Exceptional platform for automated push notifications

What do you like best about the product?
We really love their automated push feature which allows us to design campaigns for a variety of scenarios. The support from their account management team is also exceptional and makes our work easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider’s dashboard which is loaded with features can get a bit tricky to use at times, but it’s not something to dislike, as we are given a full demo and training on how to use it from our account manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for ways to optimize our marketing funnel and design more meaningful engagement for our users throughout their journey with our brand. Insider’s automated mobile suit gave us all the tools we required to improve our funnel performance. We also realized some key metrics along the funnel such as improved CTRs and Conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
We really like how involved Insider is in listening to our concerns and requirements and taking those into consideration when helping us develop the right strategy and make use of the right tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our use of the platform has so far been yielding good results so it’s hard to find something we dislike. Their pricing is on the premium side, but then again their products and functionalities are worth the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve been looking for ways to actively understand our users’ feedback and collect surveys, this is part of our bigger strategy to improve user experiences across channels and devices. Another aspect was to design and build personalized user journeys for our customers which would engage users along their journey. Insider supported both of this with their ready-to-use ‘survey templates’ which helped us collect user feedback and their Journey Builder which helped us design amazing experiences for users in their journey with our brand across channels. We’ve been able to achieve remarkable results using both these features. The positive thing about working with Insider is that their account management team take our problems as if it was their own and are dedicated in helping us solve them.

What do you like best about the product?
We really like how well performing all the tools of Insider are and also the wide range of tools they have for all our requirements. We don’t feel the need to look for another vendor to help us with any requirements, Insider has it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’ve noticed a slight delay in web push notifications at times, however, these are isolated incidents and haven’t impacted our engagements in any way. Insider’s account management team is also quick to resolve any issue once we inform them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User onboarding and retention on the mobile app was something we were very interested in improving. Insider’s personalized app push notifications have helped us with this. Their segmentation feature has helped us deliver personalized app push notifications based on user interests and this has helped us greatly improve our app sessions and user retention rates.

Great tool to increase traffic and AOV by enhancing UX

What do you like best about the product?
Management team is great that they reply promptly and is helpful in solving problems in terms of the setting up all the campaigns.

Tool is brilliant in driving traffic by enhancing UX. It also provides lead generation pop-up, which is especially helpful for member acquisition.

They also provide useful suggestions/campaigns within the monthly meeting base, providing market trends/useful examples of their clients’ campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the insider dashboard is great, however, it could be more user-friendly. They do have a number of pre-set templates, but the variety is limited. For example, often there are times when the banner requires customization, and as I work in an industry with a very tight schedules, their management team may not be able to provide me with what I need within the given time period. It would be great if a tutorial could be provided on the CSS settings for my handling in any future upcoming campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, it was impossible to communicate with different onsite visitors. With the insider tool, it is possible to communicate to a specific segment by using web push notifications or to even customize their onsite experiences (I.e. banner).

Furthermore, it is up to the web developer needs to adjust the launch date and time for the banner. With the insider tool, it can pre-set the timer and launch it at a specific time which is helpful in minimizing delays and efforts from my web development team.
