Personalization solutions for the website that help engage and convert customers
What do you like best about the product?
The support from Insider’s growth team and our strategic account managers is the highlight of our interactions with the platform. The scenarios they provide us with and the real-time support we get when we are creating personalization campaigns have been a life-saver on many occasions. As a result of these we’ve been able to optimize the overall performance of our website and key metrics across the funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is amazing and brings great results, so it’s hard to find something to dislike. But one thing we find undesirable is the limitations with the type of content we can use with InStory. For now we are only able to use images, but it would be nice to videos also as part of InStory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Driving traffic to our website was a challenge from the start. We wanted to start using personalization solutions on our website to improve the traffic, and we found Insider’s platform to contain all the solutions we were looking for. Once we started using the platform full fledged, we saw a great improvement in the user engagement on our website, and engagement with the web push notifications also improved. Not only that we were also able to improve our subscriber opt-in rates in a span of three months.

What do you like best about the product?
Experiences specific to the tool and easy to implement thanks to pre-sized widgets. Personalized support with regular calls to align according to the brand's animation plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't necessarily have the perspective today to dislike something about the service. Quite similar to AB Tasty at times, difficulties in always identifying who will be the most relevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improvement of conversion, test on a consumer panel to determine if it is a feature that should be continuously developed or just tested.

What do you like best about the product?
The Insider solution is fine to improve mobile customer engagement according to your creativity: easy to test, easy to track campaign performance , easy to implement . The Insider team has a good sense of partnership: train, help to read reports, stimulate to find new experiences .
What do you dislike about the product?
No much think to dislike.... but it takes generally more time to implement new experiences with your own logic because they need to customize features .

With Insider, we have enhanced our personalised experience for our customers on our website. The team has also assisted with the set up of the experiences to ensure that low effort experiences are pushed out asap while high-effort experiences that require development are handled by the team.
When you want to deliver an omnichannel customer journey, Insider fits the bill
What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s segmentation and AI-infused journey builder tools really help marketers create unique customer journeys across channels in a seamless manner. When we combine this with their various products for web, mobile web and app what you get is an amazing tool that has you covered for any situation. What we like best is the all-inclusive nature of their platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Barring a few delays in going-live with some campaigns, everything works perfectly, it would be unfair to say we dislike a particular aspect about their platform. It’s one of the best performing tools we’ve used so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our goal was to create these omnichannel experiences that meet each user’s individual requirements. We also wanted a solution that would enable us to communicate with your customers across multiple channels like emails, web push, app push and Ads. with Insider, we found a one-stop solution for all of this—their behavioural segmentation feature and intent-based targeting helped us target users individually across all touchpoints of their journey with us and we’ve seen our key-engagement metrics improve significantly in just under 3 months.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the challenges that we had was getting the customer to understand the product nature of ACE hardware. And with Insider we could do that, reach different segments of the market and target customers in multiple ways, though recommendation, app notifications and many other channels throughout their journey. It wasn't just about giving the customers offers or incentives, but actually persuading them to take the next step and complete the purchase! These challenges were addressed by Insider and we have seen many positive results and we wouldn't have been able to do it with other vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say dislike, but maybe something I hope to have, I have seen the gamification module that you offer, I would say that I would have hated not to have it. We have ideas as a business and we want to bring it to life and we wanted to be done right away and i really wish that you could have a team that can customize what we want, so i wish you had a team that can take our ideas and convert it into reality and just give it to us which you are doing now in a more structured way. I would say it is a negative thing just a wish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we started using the push notifications and creating these segments we had seen that the conversion rates from the abandoned carts rate has increased and we had 30% increase in open rate through push notifications and also conversion from that push has been great, so we are getting from that 30% open rate, roughly 15 to 20 conversions from one single push which is a very high number for us in that sense and these notifications are segmented, it is not a bulk push. So from that one push, within 4 hours we had roughly around 20 people buying that item! And not just that, we had people coming to the store asking for that one item that they saw in the push and that is because of the nature of the product, they wanted to see if it would fit their house. So we managed to bridge the gap between online and offline and it all came from that one push!

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s recommendation tool is the most powerful that I’ve seen so far, the results are immediate and highly effective in improving customer engagement. A range of ancillary tools further enhance customer experience on web and mobile web. We love the ease of use and the results from using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to see more local language support on their interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our fundamental challenges were to improve use experience on our site, optimize the recommendations on our product pages and improve key conversion metrics. During this year, we managed to improve our conversion rate by 14% and also observed an uplift in our AOV by 32.9% after using Insider. Insider’s web push product works amazing well at giving results, infact our conversion rate from Insider’s Conversion Push Notifications was 2X higher than the industry average. Highly recommend this platform for others looking to optimize their UX.
Insider is a true partner and a great platform for boosting website engagement
What do you like best about the product?
The responsiveness from Insider’s support team is the biggest help we could get, they are knowledgeable and help us with any problem we face on our campaigns and while using the platform. What more, we feel a true sense of partnership with Insider as they not only train us on how to use the platform but also give us reports on quarterly performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apart from slight glitches on running some campaigns, we haven’t really face any serious challenges while using the platform, it’s hard to find something we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we started using Insider, our goal was to drive traffic and improve the engagement, specifically conversions on our website. We started using Insider’s web push suite which worked magic and in less than a quarter we saw a Conversion Rate uplift of 14.39% and also a 12X uplift in ROI from these campaigns.
Building the best onsite customer experience
What do you like best about the product?
The algorithms is what we love best- it ensure that a lot of manual effort from our side is saved. We also loved their push notifications suite - with the personalization features we were able to achieve a 5% increase in conversions in just the first month.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven’t really seen much to dislike, expect for maybe the lag in using the panel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our plan was to start working on the onsite personalization that would deliver a truly remarkable user experience for our passengers. With insider we were able to take this to the next level with the help of their smart tool like exit-intent overlay, website banners and personalized web push notifications. We’ve used these features extensively on our landing pages and noticed that our sessions, CTRs and conversion rates have improved a lot. In our line of business more people exit our page than convert, so were were taken back when we saw a 5% increase in conversions in just the first month. We’re very excited to see all the things that we can do with just one platform.

Ease of setting up web pushes, hands-on account management support, and ongoing analysis / insights from the team monthly.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far really happy with Insider’s support and nothing I dislike thus far.

This provided us more A/B testing opportunities to see what works / does not work for our customers.

Insider’s conversion suite is very user friendly and allows us to setup campaigns with ease in a very efficient and timely manner.
