What do you like best about the product?
Insider's web push and personalization features have been greatly appreciated by our organization - during the fourth quarter, Insider's web push campaigns accounted for +1500% ROI. Web push ranks 7th out of 1000+ revenue sources. It was an easy process to implement and use, and we were very satisfied with the overall results. We are amazed at how complex campaigns and scenarios can be executed in an effortless and straightforward manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've observed that flight search abandonment emails sometimes take a while to launch, mostly when lots of integrations are involved. Insider should resolve these delays in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The goal from day one has been to decrease the number of drop-offs and reduce search abandonments. We implemented Insider's push campaigns for search abandonment and saw a reduction in the drop-off rates almost immediately. Out of 300 web push campaigns, this campaign contributed 15% to our total push revenue. To combat booking abandonment and improve engagement and conversion rates, we're exploring more features like Facebook Messenger integration.

There are several products and features that Insider offers for addressing different kinds of growth. It would help if you first spoke to their growth consultants to get an idea of what products you need to tackle your specific challenges.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user-friendly and very easy to use. We are able to set up and go live with our own campaign in just a matter of minutes. The A/B testing feature is another brilliant tool from Insider that we love - we are able to test different copies of our app push notifications to see what works best in terms of language and tone of content, the insights from the panel are very helpful. Add to this Insider’s geo fencing ability and that means we are able to target users at the right time and place also. The mobile app push notifications can be created in less than a minute given their ready-to-use templates and executing the campaign is fairly simple, allowing us to go live faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some of our more complicated campaigns and flows, it would be nice to see a visual representation of what we are creating, however, Insider says that they have a different tool - Architect which can help us visualize complex journeys..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business goal when we started using Insider and before was to improve the engagement and retention on our mobile app. We wanted to target users and bring them back - the ride-booking space is a competitive one and we want to engage users at the right time in order to stay ahead. Insider’s segmentation feature has enabled us to easily create accurate user segments and target these users at the right time with push notifications to convert them. Insider’s quick and efficient real-time segmentation features come in handy when users open our app but do not book a ride in the next 5 minutes, normally because they are comparing prices against competitor apps. In such cases we are able to send a push notification immediately with a discount code to encourage these users to convert. And we’re elated with the conversion rates we’ve achieved overall.

What impresses us at Insider is the flexibility of the solutions they propose. If it happens that we cannot implement the scenario according to our idea our Strategic Account Manager and Operational Account Manager will always advise what can be done differently.
The entire team is up to the task so that the scenarios meet ours assumptions and KPIs. They always provide advice and ideas on how to change a scenario to make it perform even better.
Insider has saved the day many times when changes have to be made "right now" on the website.

Some time ago we had communication problems. The previous Operational Account Manager didn't fully understand our needs. The problem was solved very quickly and the cooperation is going very well at the moment.

Insider tools allow us to test ideas quickly. It's very important due to the dynamics of our industry. We're able to implement simple A / B tests within a few days.

What do you like best about the product?
We are big admirers of the user-friendly design and easy-to-use dashboard of Insider’s platform. Insider brings some of the best tools in the market to engage customers across channels and deliver individualized experiences not just on various channels. Our growth consultants at Insider recommended using Architect - it’s their customer journey orchestration tool which helps us build flawless journeys across multiple channels like web, mobile web, email, and apps. As a result we were able to streamline our communication flow and observed better engagement and conversion rates on our campaigns. Insider is not only efficient but also user-friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
We’ve noticed that the HTML editor for email and architect is different on Insider, it would be nice if they were the same, because we can’t use the template we created for one, on the other.

Our challenge was to automate our communication flow with our customers and we wanted a solution that would help us engage with our customers in a more personalized manner. There were two priorities that we were focused on - to create unique customer journeys for each customer, and to communicate with customers and leads about offers and news. With Insider we found the answer to both these challenges - Architect for unique journey orchestration and email newsletter feature to keep our customers in the loop. Both these features have seen immense results on the campaigns including improved sales and more conversions than before. Because of Insider, we’ve been able to streamline our communication flow with our customers and make it more efficient and customer-friendly.

Don’t think twice, go for Insider. Have a call with their sales - who’ll walk you through the platform and all the products that you’ll need for your particular challenges. We have fallen in love with Insider’s web push and personalization features - during Q4 Insider helped us achieve +1500% ROI from web push campaigns and web push ranks as our 7th biggest revenue source out of 1000+ sources. We’re very happy with the overall results we are able to achieve and the ease of implementation and usage. It’s surprising how many complex scenarios and campaigns can be executed in such a simple and effortless manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’ve noticed that sometimes, flight search abandonment emails can take some time to launch, this mostly happens when there are a lot of advanced integrations in the back. We hope Insider will resolve these delays in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
The ready to use templates from Insider helped us achieve efficiency with our online campaigns and the level of customization that is possible with these templates means that we are able to deliver personalization like never before. The campaign interface and insights that we get from Insider is something that other vendors don’t have. In 2020 we were able to win over 57,800 web push subscribers and our web push campaigns alone generated over TWD$154,500. Insider’s web push also enabled us to make the most of seasonal spikes like New Year’s shopping, by using surprise coupons in these web pushes we generated over 280 orders worth USD130,000. The web suite from Insider has helped us effectively shorten the product discovery time for our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Insider has a ton of products and functions, it is not easy to identify the performance of each on the dashboard. Also the lack of local language interface makes it difficult to understand and we have to rely on our account managers to explain the data to us. However, Insider’s local expertise is top-notch and we are regularly updated on our campaign performance and ROI metrics, so again, it’s hard to say we dislike something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our regional team was low on manpower which meant we could not deliver campaigns at scale. We were looking for a platform that was low on IT efforts and which would enable us to deliver localized content and execute campaigns quickly. Another struggle we faced was the large list of products on our website which meant our website visitors had to make multiple search queries to find what they wanted - we wanted to shorten the product discovery process. After integrating with Insider we were able to leverage the web and mobile web suite to communicate with our online visitors more efficiently, the team at Insider took care of much of the IT heavy-lifting which meant we could focus on creating quality campaigns. We can now help users find what they are looking for faster and also improve the engagement onsite with customized web push campaigns.
One of the most effective product recommendation tool with accurate user segmentations
What do you like best about the product?
The depth of segmentation possible with Insider is unlike any other platform that we have used before. It allows for creating highly targeted personalized campaigns that can be delivered with precision. It’s also fairly easy to use and quick smooth to setup. With one platform, we can meet all our requirements instead of having to rely on multiple vendors. This also means that we are ableto consolidate all our data at one point instead of having disjointed and broken data across various platforms. We are using the website from Insider for both the desktop web and mobile web, and web push as a channel contributes to over 6% of our site traffic, and we love the bulk push feature as it’s highly engageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback we see is that we can’t view the pageviews uplift numbers on the dashboard.

We wanted to increase our pageviews as this means more chances of conversion for us. We are using Insider to improve the pageview metrics and help our visitors to discover more categories once they arrive at our website. We rely on web push to engage and inform our users about the relevant types/categories/pages they may be interested in.

Customer journey: Establish users' loyalty through web pushes (users who opt in web pushes will keep coming back when receiving web pushes). Insider is one of the top channels that has contributed to our monthly pageviews.
Conversion rates: It has increased our email subscriber base through email collection pop up that will appear when user attempts to leave the website. Increase rates for pages per session by having features enticing users to click more (ie: view following article popup, must-watch popup)

Great experience with Insider
What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features from Insider is their ready-to-use templates that fit a wide range of use cases, these are pretty helpful when it comes to saving time and going live with campaigns in the absence of manpower. We use a combination of web push and web suite for desktop and mobile to drive our online sales and user experience optimization. We’ve seen a 44% uplift in conversion and achieved over 14% in lead submission rates using the gamified templates from Insider. The platform is also very easy to use and helps me meet our requirements and goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we can think of is the lack of integration between mobile web and desktop campaigns. It would be nice if we could use the same campaigns for both desktop and mobile web instead of having to create them separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve been using Insider to help power our sales online and also to optimize the use experience onsite. We’ve been able to do this with the help of Insider’s web suite products such as gamified templates and web push solutions that focus on bringing users back to complete the purchase. As an extension these gamified templates have also help us considerably improve our lead collection rate and we’ve achieved an 8X ROI from the engagement and improved BOFU metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider is a great tool covering all our business needs, from web customisation to personalization to pushes or search, we have them all in one place. What I like most is the support that we get from their team, strategic or technical, they have our companies best interest in mind and they are: quickly replying to questions, ready to offer additional training, ready to offer insight on what scenarios are working for our industry and also ready to implement new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since Insider is a 3rd party integration their customisations are not flawlessly integrating with our platform, slightly overlapping native content in some cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Insider to offer a better, more customized experience to our website visitors by providing better product recommendations. Adding an extra layer of communications and using the available tools to promote our current offers: banners, pop-ups, countdowns. And we also rely on Insider to deliver our Web Push campaigns.
