An impressive 12x ROI delivered by Insider
What do you like best about the product?
Insider has remarkable products with intelligent technology that works wonderfully. We have seen a stunning 12x ROI on the Insider investment, which is very exciting and fills us with hope for more growth and gains in the future.
From working with the team, we were impressed by how they applied their prior knowledge gained from other clients in the fashion industry to help us achieve the best results possible. Their recommendations proved impactful, and we were able to execute everything very quickly. We have been able to implement most of our ideas, and if there wasn’t a direct solution to something, the team made an effort to create a workaround to help us implement it.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have to spend a little time with the Insider team regularly to keep everything optimized. That is our only issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jockey in Vietnam has a great presence offline, but in the online space, it was poor. We launched our e-commerce website recently and decided to go with Insider to help us offer the best possible experience to our customers. Through the use of Insider’s products, we have been able to create consistent cross-channel flows that are personalized, with effective customer journeys for each visitor. We have also been able to cross-sell better with the use of Smart Recommender.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider offers great ROI. The more you spend, the more ROI you’ll achieve. It is up to you to balance your spending as per your targets so that you make the most of your money.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been very happy with how we were able to increase our app downloads since Insider’s implementation. Using a combination of personalized messaging and rewarding users with small incentives for downloading the app, we have successfully increased the number of app downloads. It is a very effective platform that can be relied upon to get the results we desire.

We would like to see more creative ways to encourage app downloads. and see much more finance sector a/b testing benchmarks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have put a lot of effort into creating a useful mobile app for our customers, and we wanted a reliable means to push app downloads. Insider’s personalization suite has been phenomenal in helping us achieve this goal. The team, too, played a strong role in this, by making sure everything works smoothly and coming back to us with timely suggestions and reports.We have been slowly deploying personalization and we wanted to completely eliminate the guesswork in the process and use data to support our decisions. This is where A/B testing really proved to be useful for us. We have been able to create a huge number of variations, funnel them to different segments of audience and gather data from every interaction to help us make decisions that are effective.

What do you like best about the product?
We like the reliability of Insider’s support system. Their customer success team and account management support teams are very responsive and helpful. With their help we were able to get the full benefits of their tools and see results.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish their pricing would be different. Their Technical Support Team should pay more attention for Testing processes, especially while we are trying to create complex templates. We would be happy to spend less time for testing process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to increase customer engagement on all platforms, and Insider’s tools helped us achieve our goals. We were very satisfied with their 3D customer customer experience reports and guidance, and their Partner Success Team Redesign system. With their help, we were able to reach our goal and increase customer engagement.
Insider is a great way to activate your users from the beginning of their flow until the end.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Insider provides different solutions at once, such as: single push, conversion push, in-apps, surveys, ... etc. It's almost like a 360 degree communication tool that we can use inside the app. I don't have to combine different platforms for different needs. And they are developing new features, improving existing product all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had some other integration options with different third-party tools, such as Amplitude since we are using it as a product analytics tool. We decide where we need to build our communications based on the data we sourced from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Insider, we achieve oıur conversion goals, and we increase our conversion rates in specific funnels that we want. Also, by using their A/B testing feature and automatic reports, we continuously test new contents, etc., to find the best working communications.

They improve the product by listening to your needs. I think that is the critical point.
A simple, fuss-free platform that truly delivers value
What do you like best about the product?
Insider has a whole range of highly competent products that we are aware of, but at present, we only use their Web Push. We quite like the variety of templates and possibilities, even within the Web Push tool, and we like the product and the team well enough that we are considering investing in their Smart Recommender tool, as well, soon.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don’t quite dislike anything about Insider, at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a simple solution that will allow us to create value for our customers easily. The Web Push by Insider is the perfect solution for our needs and we are happy with the considerable improvement in CR we have witnessed since its usage. We look forward to using more of their products for more growth in the future.
Phenomenal uplift in AOV of 36.39%
What do you like best about the product?
Insider allows us to personalize the shopping experience to the T and using the A/B testing feature to test out variations on different campaigns has proven to be very effective for us. We have achieved significant uplift in incremental revenue, and a remarkable 36.39% increase in AOV. One specific product, InStory, has also contributed to a positive improvement in engagement. We are also quite impressed by the insights we have been able to amass from the product.
As a team and product, Insider’s speed of execution has been really impressive, as well. Our overall experience is definitely one that has been pleasant and desirable.

What do you dislike about the product?
We need a lot more time for certain things such as finalizing campaigns, but that’s because we are short on resources from our end. Insider, for the most part, hasn’t given us anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to use data gathered from our website to understand what drives our users to make purchases, and then use that information to improve conversion rates. We were able to do this very well using Insider’s select range of products recommended for our business. We have also been able to improve our brand value by communicating our brand’s story in more impactful ways than we used to before.
Insider is a good tool to increase engagement of our mobile app users
What do you like best about the product?
Using Insider’s Mobile App suite, we have upgraded our mobile app to a more engaging than it was before. We mainly use conversion push notifications, and we can say that they have a significant role in the engagement of our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that we particularly dislike about Insider. We might have some problems with the platform, but they are very eager to solve them.

Staying connected with our mobile app users and leading them into conversion were our goals. Insider has been a good platform to help us achieve both of these.
Improving customers engagement has never been easier!
What do you like best about the product?
To start it off, we find the platform easy-to-use and very user-friendly. You would not need much time to get used to the interface and start launching your campaign. The app push and in-app messaging have tremendously helped us connect with our customers. Aside from their great platform, they also provide excellent customer support and are a reliable partner to help you achieve a larger solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, we don't really have things that we dislike from the platform. All of our current needs are able to be fulfilled, it might not be on the first try but their customer support team would proactively help us achieve what we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps us to segment our customer base and deliver personalized communication based on our customer activity. With Insider we can have more detailed segmentation and further group our customers to have suitable content delivered for them.

Insiders push notification tools are seamless and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use the web and app push notification tools on Insider. Campaigns are easy to set up and monitor, reporting is also made simple with Insiders’ statistics panel. Not only has this provided us with an additional communication channel, it has also allowed us to broaden our messaging to users on their smartphones by using app push notifications and other InApp pop-ups. Insiders’ support channels are phenomenal and help is always available.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little not to like, however if there was one thing I would change, it would be a slight tweak to the functionality of the app push set up. Once a campaign has been created, there is no way to edit a scheduled app push or view a completed app push without cloning the entire campaign. Editing is possible for web push notifications, so I would like to see this functionality introduced to app push notifications as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider has helped us improve customer engagement by sending communication to both potential and current customers. We are also able to ensure brand awareness is top of mind with recurring communication, we use push notifications for cart abandonment, as watchlist reminders and many other retention tactics ultimately resulting in more sales for our platform.

Not only has this provided us with an additional communication channel, it has also allowed us to broaden our messaging to users on their smartphones by using app push notifications and other InApp pop-ups.
