Sitting on 35x ROI with Insider
What do you like best about the product?
Insider has helped us significantly with powerful segmentation capabilities - we use the web push function of Insider right now.
We were bowled over by the result of hitting 35x ROI and continue to grow in a cumulative way. We appreciate Insider’s capabilities in taking us to greater heights of customer satisfaction through personalised experiences.

What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to create complex campaigns due to resourcing issues but working through this internally - we are currently in the process of IO integration to create more complex customer journeys (e.g. loyalty programs)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We sought Insider’s expertise in helping us create a more personalised experience on the David Jones website, and to help optimise opt-in rates + grow our subscriber base.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If personalisation is something you’re looking at improving, Insider can help you understand, navigate and successfully implement it on your website. The team has been very helpful, and we are currently running an Architect POC to build post-purchase replenishment Journeys to increase customer frequency, which looks promising.
Impressive improvement in customer satisfaction
What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s app push feature and the impressive range of use-case scenarios is what we like the most. We have been able to drastically improve our app install rates and boost the engagement on our app. Most importantly – we’ve been able to improve our lead generation thanks to insider’s predictive segmentation. With this we were able to accurate target our audience and get them to convert more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it’s difficult to visualize the campaigns on the mobile apps as different mobiles react differently. It would be nice to have more options available for these mobile app campaigns in terms of visual appeal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we started using Insider, the main challenges that we were faced with are: improving our app push rate, increase lead generation, increasing app install rates and improving our customer satisfaction ratio. We are happy to say that insider helped us accomplish all these and improve all the metrics. With highly individualized mobile app experiences, we were able to improve our customer satisfaction score in addition to increased lead generation and app install rates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. Insider is more than just a platform – think of it as a one-stop solution for all your requirement. We used the platform primarily for our mobile app marketing – so we recommend talking to a sales rep to identify your challenges and understand the right solutions you need to select from Insider. They’re very helpful so you can reach out to them with confidence.
Excellent tool for understanding customer behavior
What do you like best about the product?
Insider is super easy to use. The platform is intuitive and guides you through its features. I especially like how I don’t have to rely on a team of developers to build segments or launch personalized customer journeys. Insider’s customer support is unmatched. Not only do I get all my questions answered, I get unique insight into the fashion industry and deep expertise on what’s resonating with customers in my vertical.
What’s more, onboarding was a breeze. Our workflows weren’t disrupted and because the platform is so easy-to-use, user adoption is at an all-time high.

What do you dislike about the product?
I’d love to see even more in-depth reporting. Insider gives us a window into so much of customer behavior, I’d love even more ways to visualize and share that knowledge with other stakeholders in my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary goal was to increase conversions and gain deeper insight into who customers are and what matters to them. With Insider’s customer feedback collection tools and journey orchestration capabilities, we’ve not only been able to better understand our customers as individuals, but tailor our offerings in ways that matter to them. Beyond higher conversions, we’ve created more meaningful connections with our customers, which translates into higher customer satisfaction and lifetime value.

If you’re looking for a solution that can unify customer data and stitch it into actionable customer profiles, you can’t go wrong. Insider gives you so many easy-to-use tools that help you build the cross-channel experiences today’s customers expect. Insider empowers us to deliver a personalised shopping experience to our end users. From offsite Web Push to onsite hyper-personalize Product recommendation, the panel helps us, the marketer to drive growth on the site performance with the flexibility to individualise users experience. All these impacts are accumulated with enormous AB Test and best practices shared by the team

As we are expanding more and more different modules with Insider, there is a need to have more training for us to adopt the panel better

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s conversion suite has been phenomenal in helping us optimize conversions across our website, and the proof is in the pudding. Our customer behavior data has revealed to us that the optimized website is now better suited to shop from, as can be seen from the increased conversion rates and engagement rates. We have been able to gain a 360-degree understanding of various customers and their profiles, and using this, we have improved the customer experience we provide them by targeting segments with relevant, personalized content. All this has been possible only because of the powerful conversion suite from Insider. This is one product that really works!
What do you dislike about the product?
There hasn’t been any major issue, except the odd slow load time that occurs once in a while. If not for that, this could be a perfect product.

Engagement, conversion rates, experience - we wanted to improve all these across our website, and Insider’s conversion suite has been the most ideal product to help us achieve this. We have been met with some of the best account management and support in the industry, and that makes the whole Insider experience that much more worthwhile and commendable.

Insider’s platform offers some of the most reliable, strong features that have us recommending them to everyone who asks about how we’re able to see success with personalization on our website. Using AI-backed predictive models and behavioral targeting, our campaigns have seen a remarkable increase in conversions, and we have also observed an overall improvement in customer experience, stemming from the amazing personalization made possible by Insider. We have had faster product discovery, with relevant cross-selling and upselling that convert.

We really like nearly everything about Insider, and are yet to come across something that we dislike.

What do you like best about the product?
We liked how easy it was to use Insider’s tools. After they introduced InStory to us we were hesitant to use it. But after seeing how easy it was to integrate this tool, we were very pleased with the results.

We don’t dislike anything. Everything’s been working great.

We were looking for a new way to increase customer engagement and conversion rates. Insider’s team suggested ve try out InStory. With Instory we were able to create beautiful and engaging stories that drew the attention of our customers. After using InStory we were able to see results really quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been working with insider over 4 years now. we have a great cooperation and a success story with Insider. They have remarkable impact on our e-commerce revenue and conversion increase. They also have lots of technological products which help us to manage our marketing budget effciently.
What do you dislike about the product?
To maximise the efficiency we need to work for long hours and set lot of meetings but this is the only way to reach the success. Sometimes ticket reaction time is slower than we expected.

Insider has over 10 algorithms that can be applied on different pages based on visitor’s behavior. It helps us deliver personalized experience to our users from lead generation, new acquisitions to customer retention and drive repeat business.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are absolutely in awe of Insider’s technology and consultant service. However, a localized panel would be more friendly to our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were approached by Insider 3 years ago - when we realized we are not converting enough paid traffic, and they are getting more expensive. With Insider’s technology, we are now able to engage with our visitors and customers onsite based on their different behavior. We can predict their next move and send them messages or coupons to make them stay a bit longer, or encourage them to make the first buy, or recommend them the most popular or most likely to purchase products. We see a significant uplift of conversion rate in terms of revenue or leads after one year. We look forward to growing our business stronger and bigger with Insider!
