What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is critical when it comes to planning and producing campaigns, texts, and other types of content. With Insider’s Web Suite and Web push toolkits, implementing campaigns, promotions, and any other type of content was an absolute smooth sail.
What do you dislike about the product?
We faced some initial hiccups while using the templates, but the issues were solved quickly by Insider’s support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our cart abandonment rate on our website was on the higher side. We were looking at dropping these numbers and simultaneously increasing customer loyalty. Insider helped us tackle this problem effectively by adding relevant CTAs on our homepage. This strategy reduced our cart abandonments, which significantly increased our customer loyalty and revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
With Insider we have found a great partner who suggests new campaigns to test and they offer a great tool to do some experiments. They seem to care about your website and products like a colleague. Their new support ticket system works nice and the support team replies swiftly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like with all technical products, they aren't flawless. However, I do have the feeling Insider is on top of things and fixes bugs quickly and adds new features often. The support system wasn't that great before, but they improved the workflow massively. So basically there isn't much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Insider to quickly A/B-test changes we want to do on our website, before investing heavily in (expensive) development hours. It also brings lots of scenarios to test with straight out of the box which you can tailor to your needs.

Insider has changed the way we look at B2B marketing by showing us endless possibilities that you can achieve with their high-level products. It brought us growth opportunities through making the process of connecting new clients with our sales team so much easier.One reason that we love working with Insider is their wonderful customer support team who were there for us to solve any problem and helped us excel in our marketing operations. They truly made us feel at home and showed what we can get the most out of their products.

There were no major issues using their products. Only thing was that the loading time took longer than expected once in a while.

We were looking for a well grounded way to connect with our customers across different channels and understand their needs. Insider’s products, especially the Architect and Web Push, were really helpful in personalising our website and sustaining a long-term relationship with our customers.

Insider’s segmentation makes personalization easier than ever
What do you like best about the product?
We love how Insider’s Instory helped us categorize our large variety of products based on customer profiles. For example, we created categories for the elderly, pregnancy, kids, office workers & more. Our customers can click on their persona, and view the most relevant products using Instory. This has removed friction by helping us lower the customer’s product discovery time significantly. We've also seen 4x conversion with customers who've interacted with Instory.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are enjoying Insider’s powerful platform with over 100+ templates and 20+ algorithms so far. However, sometimes the panel gets slower when we edit bigger or more complicated campaigns. Hoping this can be improved in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are one of the biggest online pharmacies in Taiwan with over 1000+ different products. It is very important for us to provide necessary product information to customers when they come to our website. With Insider’s comprehensive products, we are able to segment them clearly and have a personalized user experience tailored for them. What do you like best about the product?
Using Insider’s Smart Recommender on our website feels like we have used a powerup to enhance it. The product discovery experience has been overhauled completely and the AI-powered recommendations are doing a great job of increasing conversions and overall AOV. We have had a 20% uplift in conversions since we started using Insider. The account management team must also be mentioned here for the great support that they have consistently provided.

Like any other technology, the Smart Recommender also has its small share of bugs. However, these are regularly and quickly resolved.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Insider for about 6 months now and we have already launched several successful campaigns together. The price-saving campaign for our French speaking target audience, for example, has generated a high uplift of 67% in conversion rate on mobile.
One of the best things about Insider is that we are able to test a lot of different scenarios on our website before implementing new features permanently. The Insider team also suggests new testing ideas regularly, which has enabled us to launch functionalities that we wouldn’t have come up with if we did not work together with Insider.

What do you like best about the product?
We really like the ease of integration of the tools and also their effectiveness. Other products we’ve used before were easy to set up at first, but ran into some problems in further stages. Insider’s tools are easy to integrate and are easy to use in all pages, including 404, Search, Cart and more. In addition to the ease of use the products are very effective and provide a considerable increase in click rates, engagement and conversion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would appreciate a local language panel. Also sometimes, the customized feature or template would take a while for Insider to respond. Other than that we are happy with Insdier's service and product provided.
