Without any system coding development, INSIDER provides us the quick solutions and we can see the customized campaing instantly.
Based the real KPI result on GA, INSIDER share us instant reponse and quick fix to maximize conversation result. With INSIDER regular share new successful show cases, it keep our website up to newest with animation and provide eye catching elements to highlight rewards to customers.

What do you dislike about the product?
A more simply ticket platform with consolidation wuold help clients to be more time efficiency to manage running animations on site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time consuming on creating system change request for UX animation supporting brand marketing campaign.
Insider is a good all channel solution
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very easy and do it yourself tool for a/b tests and small customizations on our website. Also ready templates are very helpful for us to use on our website.
In addition to website customization, personalized communication is another big part of insider. We can contact with our customers from all channels like app push, email, sms and organize them easily in architect tool. If we need a support, we can contact with support and our tasks solved quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is really hard to select from custom segments if you didn't name them clearly. There can be an explanation for them and groupimg can be a good idea.
As an improvement app segments and events should be managed more flexable. It is not easy to delete collected datas.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending event or rule based pushes instead of sending bulk pushes. Thus we decrease our uninstall rates with extra revenue to touch customers correct time with correct communication.
Enabled us to leverage better development time and business OKRs (marketing/sales)

We run many campaigns using Insider and have a positive uplift on a majority of them.

The initial communication and alignment meetings needed some streamlining and are now working very well

besides the features, i think the best part that I like is the Insider people themselves. I like their communication with us, and how the people interact with us

analytics feature and funnels (behavior). i think the feature is too heavy, the page speed is slow when I clicked anything in analytics

What do you like best about the product?
We use some of the simpler modules for conversion optimization. As in every platorm, there are things to do better or optimize. What I like is very high level of support from Insider team, which is very helpful on daily basis. Tech team answers fast, although some task could be done quicker. We're going to test Architect module so i guess I'll have more to say after this - we really hope it'll suit our needs with communication orchestration!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to have a technical expert directly assigned to us, one who would know the details of integration with our system. However, the standard ticket system sometimes has such disadvantages that the operating person has to quickly catch up and does not know some decisions that may have been made earlier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main goal for us is to optimize conversion, increase sales in online stores. Additionally our goal when integrating with Architect is to optimize costs of customer communication and increase ROI from marketing automation and email marketing.

Our main goal was to drive high sales and meet our sales targets by improving our conversion funnel. Insider helped us achieve our goal of making our conversion funnel more efficient, which translated into good conversion rates and we were able to meet our sales targets. Their web suite, mobile suite, and web push collectively helped us improve conversion rates across all sales channels.

What do you like best about the product?
MindBehind is a no-code platform, and it is very easy to pick up and use. They are also able to support chatbots in a lot of languages, including English, Arabic, French, Turkish, and many more. Especially its simple yet effective UI design makes it available for anyone to leverage its benefits. Also, for this reason, live agents & admins do not face any difficulties while migrating from other platforms to MindBehind.
In addition, their support, developer, and designer team are very attentive and quick to answer our questions and requests.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike about this product. It has proved itself to be an efficient way of managing our live customer services on multiple websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to MindBehind, we can have a virtual assistant on our websites that is active 24/7 and ready to help our customers. And during the working hours, our virtual assistant forwards users to live agents, but only when they’re needed. As the chatbot can deal with simpler questions, this increases the efficiency of our agents and enables them to deal with our customers’ problems in better ways.

Insider offers AI driven tools that build the ideal journey for your customers. Their products, especially Web suite, Web Push, Mobile App combined, allowed us to strengthen the cross-channel communication and personalise user experience. They use an excellent customer segmentation strategy that’s data-driven and highly precise.

No major issues but we had glitches and bugs a few times.

With a clear plan and roadmap, we deployed campaigns that have delivered impressive results including an increase in CR from using coupons on the user segment with a higher likelihood to convert. Deserving special mention is Insider’s local customer success team and their involvement in helping us achieve growth and satisfying results. They go the extra mile to ensure success, and this sets Insider apart from other vendors we have worked with.

We would greatly appreciate the availability of local languages to access the panel. We hope for and expect this to be updated in the near future.
