Most reliable predictive audience tech we have come across
What do you like best about the product?
Insider offers many things that it has proven itself to be the best at, like their web and mobile personalization suites. What we were heavily impressed with, apart from these, was their predictive audience technology. This is, hands down, one of the most effective and reliable ones we have come across. Using predictive audience segmentation, we have achieved improved conversion rates and higher AOV, as we are now able to target different groups of audiences better with products most relevant to their behaviors. By predicting patterns and meeting customers with products that satisfy their needs before they even have to search for them, we have really been able to create a stong relationship with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven’t had any points of concern or dislike in our experience with Insider, so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted an overall improved customer experience that would translate to improved revenue for us. Insider has been key to making this change happen on our website and we have our marketing metrics to prove that. We have observed sustained growth in conversions and clicks on our website, and a steady increase in revenue as well, since using Insider.

What do you like best about the product?
We were able to design a nearly frictionless user experience on our website for each visitor and then extended it to other channels using Insider's messaging apps. We were able to optimize customer experiences based on user behavior using Insider’s automated messages in order to enhance consumer experiences, emphasize on our online channels, and design automation scenarios that maximizes personalisation.

We initially found the panel a little challenging to use and navigate. However, with active support from the support staff, the challenges were immediately corrected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main goal was to push more prospects through each stage of the funnel in order to increase engagement, boost conversion rates, and drive revenue growth. We were able to develop stronger personalization tactics and provide a top-notch customer experience by targeting users on the correct channels using their marketing automation solution, which increased ROI and sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider took us by surprise with the fast results it delivered for us. It was so easy and quick to set up new campaigns and experiments, and these paid off well. The platform helped us create exciting campaigns that work. The team is very helpful in guiding us at times we need help, and they encourage us to use the product in the best way we can. Insider has generated valuable insights for us too that have helped us learn and grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
We took a little time to get used to Insider’s ticketing system for issue resolution. But the team at Insider was helpful the whole time it took for us to get used to it, and we overcame this challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted easy and quick onsite personalization implementation. We also wanted the ability to A/B test different features on our website which would offer insights to drive digital growth for us. Insider’s platform was a complete, robust solution for us. They’ve made it easy to track and understand various data points for better decisions that fuel growth, and we have achieved consistent improvement in our marketing metrics using Insider.

It has been a great experience to work with Insider’s team. They were responsive to every issue we raised. We used Insider’s Web suite and Mobile App suite that has effectively driven the desired outcome. We are satisfied with Insider’s effective products and helpful support team.

Initially, we were unfamiliar with data analytics and metric determination but the team helped us to utilize the product to its fullest potential.

Our website and app had been struggling with low product discovery and average time spent by the user on-site due to a lack of onsite recommendations. Insider’s tools helped us personalize the customer journey effectively with relevant recommendations to facilitate the display of relevant products to the right customers. What do you like best about the product?
What we like most about Insider is how easy it is to create individualized experiences and achieve substantial results. Their AI-backed algorithms give very accurate personalization tactics that always perform well with our customers. All we have to do is talk with the Insider team and get their recommendations, and then they help us implement their tools and we immediately see results. Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience.

There is nothing we dislike, but there are a lot of different templates to choose from, so initially we were overwhelmed with the choices. However, Insider’s team helped us find the most suitable templates for us, so now we don’t experience any issues.

We were looking for a way to personalize our website and create individualized customer experiences so that we could increase onsite engagement. After looking at alternatives, we started using Insider’s web suite and we were very satisfied with the results. By tracking user behavior on our website, we were able to create personalized campaigns for each customer based on persona, purchase affinity, behavior, onsite actions, etc which increased engagement by 50%.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has allowed us to personalize our website across all pages with their incredible Smart Recommender. This product has, almost single handedly, elevated the shopping experience on our website by providing personalized product recommendations driven by data. We really enjoy using their web and mobile suite as well to personalize other aspects of our website such as banners. In one campaign with a cart reminder banner, we were able to achieve a conversion rate of 33%. This was a pretty exciting result for us.
We especially benefited from Insider’s highly capable predictive segmentation feature that enabled us to target our customers better based on behavioral data and flexible trigger rules. Another thing worthy of mention about Insider as a platform is the easy-to-use editor that allows us to quickly edit templates and create the content we want.

We have signed up for many products of Insider, so when we had a change in our team, it was just a little challenging for the incoming person to come up with new campaign ideas. But we find this to be a challenge to improve towards rather than something to dislike.

We wanted to personalize our shopping experience and deliver relevant recommendations to our wide variety of users, based on their specific requirements, past searches, and so on. Insider has been a great platform that has taken care of this whole thing for us through auto-optimized recommendations. We barely have to do anything. We also enjoy the number of templates available when it comes to creating web and mobile personalized elements.

Insider offers a range of solutions for website customizations, A/B testing, email marketing, push notifications and a lot more! Their customer service team is also very helpful and promptly responds to all queries.

The reporting dashboard could be made more user friendly.

1) Its an all in one solution - we no longer need to have different apps/platforms for website customizations, newsletters etc, which used to be costly for us.

What do you like best about the product?
When choosing a data tool, Insider is the one you need to look at. With Insiders help, we can communicate with customers and organize them into segments based on their interests. We can test different variations of our website and see which works best. Also, it's great that we don't have to import any data because the templates make it easy to change the designs on our website. If we don't understand something about our results, the support team always helps us solve our questions without a fuss.

The Insider interface is not very intuitive.

We wanted to drive more sales through a better customer conversion rate. Thanks to Insider's conversion suite and web push notifications tools, we implemented a campaign on our web homepage that displayed personalized recommendations. This campaign significantly increased our customer conversion rate, which means more purchases and good sales. We also wanted to ensure that visitors didn't leave the site without seeing all of our products, so Insider's scroll tracking tool helped us track where visitors did and didn't scroll down.
