Sending out Web Push Notifications helped us achieve higher conversion rates

What do you like best about the product?
There are a number of players in the market that offer web push messaging and promotion-based platforms. But what appealed most to us is that it allows us to reach out to customers at the right time using Send Time Optimization. In addition, the platform uses automation to personalize messages for each customer, which is definitely a time-saving process. Their segmentation capabilities are super strong and that allows us to target different user segments to send out personalized messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven’t faced any difficulty using the platform so far and we’re really happy with the results that we have achieved after using the Web Push tool by Insider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to provide our visitors with a hyper-personalized experience and initially, our strategy was to connect with them using relevancy. But the results were not as expected. Then Insider came into the picture to realize our objective and promptly built the best possible approach to send web push notifications related to ongoing offers, price drop alerts, and products a particular user was searching for was back in stock.

Also, using the tool we were able to send personalized pushes that captured users' attention and influenced them to visit the website and make a purchase. By implementing this strategy, not only were we able to turn our inactive users into daily visitors, we were also able to convert those users into customers. As a result, we were able to improve engagement rates, drive more conversions, boost sales, and generate revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
Good personalization tool. Complete segmentation options and overall performance.
We don't use the whole plan, but web push channel and onsite personalization allow us to achieve our business objectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've experienced some technical issues that took longer than expected to be solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider mainly helps us to personalize the onsite experience when landing in our ecommerce. Is also helping on gathering new leads and engage target groups.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been working with Insider for the past 6-7 months now and what we really like about the platform is that it’s capable of showing results from the first month itself. We believe it’s all because of their time that works 24*7 to make the tool implementation process faster.
We’ve been able to show personalized emails to boost engagement and conversions for a wide variety of use cases thanks to Insider’s exhaustive pre-built template store. Their template store has been extremely helpful in allowing us to get started pretty quickly with creating personalized campaigns for different user segments.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing specific that we can point out here, but one thing we’d like to add is in the initial stage, it’s sometimes difficult to get used to the platform. But with some frequent training sessions from the experts and continuous support from the customer success team, understanding all the features of the platform becomes easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were finding it difficult to engage with our inactive and churned users. That’s why we need a solution that could help us bring back those users to our website, and keep them engaged and retained. Thus, to re-develop interest among them, we decided to use email as a channel to communicate with them. It took us a few days to decide which platform we should use and then we came to know about Insider.
With the help of their Digital Growth team, we were able to create segmented email campaigns as well as newsletters. Given that all these campaigns were highly personalized, we observed a good opt-in rate. Not just that, we also achieved a conversion rate slightly higher than that we used to receive from the website.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider enabled us to create innovative and highly successful personalization strategies to engage users on different channels. We were able to retarget users on Facebook and they proved extremely effective in bringing them back onto our website to get them to convert.
With few in-app messaging template options, marketers frequently struggle to achieve customization. However, Insider's exhaustive ready-to-use templates helped us stop this issue in its tracks. We got immediate access to templates that were tailored to our marketing needs and suited a wide range of use cases. They were also simple to put into practice and exactly what our consumers wanted. We also managed to improve engagement on SMS by sending more personalized messages that resonated with the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not encountered any issues yet and are pleased with the outcomes after using the messaging applications and other tools offered by Insider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An omnichannel strategy facilitates the fusion of digital touchpoints, enhances customer data collecting, and elevates customer satisfaction levels. For this, all channels of communication—including WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Web Push, App Push, and others—must be consistent and supportive of one another. What do you like best about the product?
Our website navigation was somewhat disconnected as we noticed most of our audience engaging with the product pages yet not making a purchase. Insider helped us in gamifying the entire buying journey thereby stitching together all the touchpoints of customer experience. We creating personalized website experiences for our users across the complete customer lifecycle and this proved extremely beneficial for us. Once this strategy was implemented, we instantly noticed our sales growing beyond our expectations.

Moreover, we also noticed greater use of coupons sent through emails after using Insider’s email suite. The impact of the promotional mails that we were sending out improved drastically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider’s tools have been working flawlessly for us. However, we wished it had templates for creating the same message in different languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider’s tools have been working flawlesOur website had a high bounce rate and a major problem of low customer engagement as it failed to convey the next steps to finally make sales. Users weren’t seeing the most relevant products that encouraged them to go ahead and complete the purchase. Once we started using Insider’s Web Suite, this issue got resolved quite well.

Also, our previous email campaigns failed miserably as most emails had landed in our customers’ spam box. Insider became our peer in improving the customer experience through its creative web engagement methods and also optimized our email campaigns rearing more profits for our business.

What do you like best about the product?
Dynamic, flexible and knowledgeable skill sets are there in mind behind. We were able to crush a project deadline 3 weeks earlier than planned and could achieve it with them
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Except that the communication is mostly through emails and MS Teams. I prefer quicker channels like WhatsApp, Slack ... etc.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about the Insider platform is that it’s really easy to use. The team provides great training to get you started quickly, but there’s so much more you can learn by experimenting and having fun with it. It’s very intuitive.

What I’m most excited about is the customer journeys based on product affinity that we are building. I think that’s an amazing capability to have and believe it will be really powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because we do a lot of custom work with the Insider developers, we have to raise a lot of tickets. The team get back to us very quickly, which I’m really happy about but sometimes there is a miscommunication or I have to dig deeper and request more information. So that's something that I think could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our existing tech stack, predominantly Salesforce, didn’t facilitate the level of personalization we wanted to provide to our customers. Insider enabled us to achieve our personalization goals, integrating easily with Marketing Cloud. Together they make a really powerful tech stack.

Powerful and easy-to-use marketing platform

What do you like best about the product?
I use Insider on a daily basis for our direct marketing communications such as ad-hoc email campaigns, web push notifications, on-site campaigns, and automated journeys, and I can say that it is a powerful and easy-to-use omnichannel marketing platform.

Mostly I like the email builder, which is very easy to use and you can create designs with little HTML knowledge or without any.
Secondly, I like the Architect (automated journeys), in which you can use a variety of templates covering the most common user behaviors, such as Abandoned browse, Abandoned cart, etc.
You can also create your own journeys and add every channel you desire in one single journey, depending on the user's reachability.

Their Customer service is also good, they respond very quickly and you can write not only about issues or bugs but even if you need support for creating a campaign, or customizing a template for your business goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the platform a lot, however, like every other platform, it can't be perfect.
We had some issues related to the prices of the products visualized in emails.
And we faced some roadblocks with integrating Insider into our application.
However, Insider's team always responds to our requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can say that the use of Insider for more than a year has helped us implement a lot of campaigns, both ad-hoc and automated, which have had a great impact on increasing the company's Revenue, AoV, and ROI.

Great platform and onboarding team

What do you like best about the product?
It's the best actionable CDP I've come across. The amount of templates make it easy to test and deploy rapidly. Still in onboarding but the first results are promising. Quick action is taken to make it happen whenever issues or ideas come up that are not integrated in the platform yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing to consider is that Insider has an extensive global team, which has many advantages but also means that many different specialists are involved, especially during onboarding. This can be a bit confusing at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing CLV, Conversion rates in a time where it is difficult to stand out from the crowd. Insider helps us to create the omni-channel workflows we've always been looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy tool that simplifies the process of customizing the user experience, adding agility to the process and allowing us to allocate our resources more efficiently. The A/B testing functionality is also exciting as it helps us, quickly and with little effort, to be more sure about the effectiveness of the content we are promoting to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analyzing our report was difficult, as was reconciling the profitability with our internal data since we use different attribution models. It would also be nice to have more sophisticated visualizations in the dashboards to better understand campaign analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to create a personalized experience for our clients, keeping them engaged and bringing loyalty. Using Insider’s personalization suite, we have managed to achieve just that!

Their wide range of in-built templates has proved extremely useful in helping us create campaigns easily and quickly. Hence, we needed little help from their team once we were onboarded, as their tools are pretty easy to use.

Thus we could create an effective personalization engine on our website with little effort needed from our IT team.
