There is nothing that Insider can not do, this tool is so powerful when used properly.

Navigating through the panel is challenging and can be overwhelming, but the support team in Insider gave us all the support that they could give to make the process easier for us in terms of implementation and scenario readiness.

The ability to create customized journeys tailored to user segments leveraging behavioral data and AI was the best part. Architect provided an intuitive platform to map cross-channel engagement campaigns targeted to different user groups. The in-app personalization also enabled gamified experiences boosting engagement.

The complexity of navigating the extensive capabilities Insider offered. However, their stellar customer success team ensured we overcame the initial teething issues through stellar onboarding guidance and support.

As an ecommerce brand in Kuwait, we struggled to effectively segment and target users for personalized engagement. We wanted to take a more strategic approach to influence customers across channels throughout their journey. Insider helped us solve ineffective user segmentation and lack of personalized engagement. Architect enabled us to orchestrate tailored journeys hyper-targeted to different user segments driving relevance.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider helped us to maximize our marketing efforts, enhance our website and app engagement rates, upsell the ancillaries, retarget churned customers, acquire new customers, and drive conversions. Their Growth Management team is the best as they made many good suggestions. We made several changes to our website and app to improve experiences for our ttarget customers.We also used their Architect tool to build customer journeys considering factors like user attributes, unique preferences, and their search history and retarget them by sending relevant messages to grab their attention and influence their decision to make a transaction. Insider’s web push channel was also a great option that their team suggested to us to bring relevant information to users’ attention.These strategic implementations resulted in a 52.4% increase in the number of transactions, which was definitely a huge success for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though we’re really impressed with the results we’ve achieved using Insider’s products, we would still like to see some of the use cases in the travel vertical where the platform has significantly improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is intuitive and user friendly that helped us create multiple campaigns simultaneously and enabled us to acquire more potential customers. Previously, we had to manually create campaigns and you can imagine how time consuming that would have been! When we started leveraging Insider, we discovered that the platform is very helpful and in no time, we were able to automate our marketing efforts. It’s also a comprehensive platform that helped us revamp our website from start to finish which uplifted the retention and conversion rate. The platform as a whole has been a great addition to our airline business as it helped us in crafting a great product roadmap.

Insider's pricing is slightly on the higher side but the benefits one reaps totally makes it worth the money spent. All in all the overall experience and results have been positive.

Whatever strategies the Insider team suggested to us, all worked flawlessly and the results were as expected. The tools we selected were named Web Suite, Architect, Customer Data Platform. The platform could definitely load faster.
Whenever you schedule a web push for the future, you receive the same confirmation message as if you were sending straight away. It’s a small thing but changing it would avoid many heart attacks.

Before using Insider, we had to wait too long to make changes on the website and we were reliant on our tech team. With Insider, as marketers we have the freedom to make changes ourselves, at speed.
We have a lot of window shoppers on our site, and Insider is helping us to transform more visitors into customers.
Moving forward, we plan to expand our usage of the Insider platform to maximize retention and customer lifetime value, through Smart recommender and Insider’s journey builder tool, Architect.

Insider allows us to personalize the shopping experiences of our store's users, which increases engagement and time spent on the site. The system allows automating the most important marketing scenarios, which increases conversion and purchase frequency. The recommendation system increases the number of products per cart and the average cart value.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider's suite of mobile apps helped customize targeted submissions for our customers. This allowed us to have a more accurate contact and a much higher conversion on the app device. In addition to communication, Insider has products for the app that help us gamify the customer journey, bringing a better experience.

I haven't had any major issues so far, but we still haven't used much of the functionality that Insider has to offer. I think the worst experience so far was the data integration part.

Low app engagement was our primary business challenge. Although we tried various tools in the past, they failed to deliver the desired outcomes. However, the comprehensive solution provided by Insider's mobile app tool met our requirements. Using behavior targeting and predictive segmentation, we enhanced our page experience for the users.
