What do you dislike about the product?
Sending data to Google Analytics to capture results is a bit dissatisfying from our end. Otherwise it’s an overall satisfying experience.

What do you like best about the product?
- Its multi-channel approach is great for any business to flourish! You can link up all communication channels into one automated flow/architect.
- The interface is really easy to use and navigate.
- The reporting dashboard makes it easy to see your weekly and monthly stats.
- We value to on-site personalisation of the website.
- The email editor is great and easy to use, for an all-in-one solution it's very flexible compared to some other email-only tools.
- Great customer support and one on one time with your account manager, I've never met such a dedicated account manager!

- There can be a few bugs and interesting behaviour every so often in the system, but they often resolve themselves quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- It's solving our data visibility issues, with their on-site tracking we are now able to see everything our visitors are doing. Everyday we discover new ways we can target and segment our customers.
- Automating emails: Never something we had the functionality to do and their Architect journeys make it so easy to set up. There's no coding involved, no complicated double negative rules to figure out. It's all listed simply and clearly, giving you plenty to segment and split off into targeted flow branches.
- Clear revenue tracking and reporting: With our email campaigns we were never able to get clear data on their performance, now with Insider's conversion and campaign tracking, we can see it all and more!

Very comprehensive platform
What do you like best about the product?
Insider is very intuitive and easy to use. It has many features that allow you to fully develop your marketing strategy. Customer support is fast and efficient. It integrates easily with standard platforms.

The system rules are more oriented towards standard systems, but for more complex businesses, integration takes more time.

We currently use Insider for advanced user segmentation, marketing automation, as well as templates on web and app.

We are able to utilize all of our existing user data and segments through a native integration between Insider and Mixpanel. This has made the process of targeting the right user on the right channel with Insider communications seamless and effortless.

We would have liked to get started immediately with more products and campaigns but our bandwidth issues meant we had to go step by step. We’re planning to use Insider products more over the coming months and years.

Insider is a great cross-channel engagement solution. The tool not only has powerful self features but also powers seamless collaboration with other vendors. We utilize the Call an API function within Architect to connect with our pre-existing SMS vendor to send messages to users based on Insider's data and inputs. We connect this to other channels like web push, app push, and in-app

The only problem I can recollect having was with understanding the capabilities of the products we started to use initially because it’s a large product to get accustomed to immediately.

The primary objective was to capitalize on the influx of new users on our website and engage them effectively. By leveraging Insider's expertise, we were able to navigate the app-heavy landscape to successfully activate higher volume of users - this had a strong direct impact on revenue. Our partnership enables us to continue to innovate and acquire and retain users, giving us grounds to expand our presence into more diverse markets knowing that we’ll be able to capture the interests of our users there too by using Insider’s solutions.

The team has been really helpful with strategy planning, executions, and recommendations from active performance tracking & technical support support. Overall, I am very happy with the services provided by Insider & team.

One major challenge we had was maintaining growth after the return to offices post-COVID. Insider brought innovative solutions, particularly in the form of cart abandonment web pushes and web social proof techniques to help us boost sales. By leveraging Web Push notifications and onsite cart reminders using Insider's CDP, we were able to effectively drive customers down the sales funnel, with a sense of urgency while building credibility. What impressed us the most was the combination of CDP and AI-driven tools. Their actionable CDP unified data of our customers from multiple channels such as websites, mobile applications, and social media and gave us a 360-degree view of every single customer.

We have run multiple campaigns to date with the Insider team and we are happy with the results of each and every one of them. We would recommend them to any retail or other businesses.

By leveraging the Desktop Web by Insider we were able to beautify our website and make it user-friendly by updating its information architecture. The ready to use templates are a life-saver, however industry specific templates like for us would be a welcome addition. However, we do understand that given the spectrum of industries Insider caters to they need to have solutions that can be applicable in many different scenarios. However, Insider has gone that extra-mile to come up with tailored solutions to address our unique business needs.
