Amazing Tool That Simplifies and Speeds Up Multi-Account Management
What do you like best about the product?
An amazing tool that truly simplifies and speeds up my daily work, especially in tasks that require managing multiple accounts across different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about it; the only issue is that it logs me out during the day, so I have to log in multiple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password helps me log in quickly to different platforms, so I don’t need to rely on Excel files or remember all my passwords. We also use it in the company for shared demo accounts, allowing multiple users to access the same profile. This makes it much easier to manage accounts across the team.

Doesn't always auto load on websites and sometimes auto fill can be annoying when not needed.

Wish list: can’t preview saved PDFs/docs in a quick view or new tab, you have to download them first to open

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the mess of people storing passwords and sensitive info in random places. With 1Password, you just use one app and everything else is safely stored there - logins, notes, documents, whatever you need. The team can access what they’re supposed to, without sharing passwords over Slack or email, and it just works in the background without much effort.
My Favorite: Keeps All My Personal and Work Profiles in One Place

This is my first and personal favorite. I manage lots of profiles for both personal and work use, and the one password helps me keep everything in one place. It makes it easy to handle multiple accounts and use them without confusion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t experienced any difficulties when I was using it.

Handling multiple accounts with multiple passwords can make it easy to forget an important password. Also, when I use multiple devices, I sometimes worry that my accounts could be misused. But 1Password helped me with that.

I use 1Password to securely store and manage my passwords and sensitive information. It creates strong and unique passwords across my devices, helping me avoid the hassle of remembering multiple passwords and the risk of reusing weak ones. What I like most about 1Password is how it makes me stay secure. I don't have to think about creating or remembering strong passwords because it automatically handles and fills them instantly. These features remove friction from everyday online activities while improving security at the same time. I also use 1Password alongside web browsers like Chrome and Safari through its browser extensions, which makes autofill fast and seamless. My team switched from another password manager to 1Password for its better security features, more reliable cross-device syncing, and stronger support for sharing. The initial setup was quite easy for both me and my team, including creating accounts, installing the apps, browser extension, and importing existing passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall my experience has been very positive, but there are few small areas that could be improved. Occasionally, the autofill doesn't trigger correctly on certain websites. One improvement could be making autofill more consistent on all websites, especially with the pages with non-standard login forms.

I love how 1Password is amazingly secure and lets us share groups of passwords with different people. I like the seamless integration on both my phone, browser, and laptop as it's fantastic. The software is also pretty intuitive, making it easy to use. The initial setup was pretty easy. I appreciate using 1Password to log into every other tool and software.

Sometimes it's a pain to log into 1Password for the first time on a new device.

I use 1Password for all my passwords, and it's used in my organization for password management across teams. I like the Chrome extension because it makes 1Password easily accessible. When trying to log in to an account that's shared across the team, I can just get in and get the password.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Chrome extension pops up even when not needed. When trying to fill a field that doesn't require a password, it still shows up. It would be nice if it could be smart enough to recognize fields that aren't related to passwords.

What do you like best about the product?
I use 1Password to save my passwords and logins, and it really helps with remembering hard-to-write passwords. I like the easy installation — it was very easy, didn't need any knowledge. I can easily add it to my browser and access my passwords. Also, I enjoy the easy password generation feature, which allows me to use only unique passwords and never use the same one twice.

I couldn't find it in use. I use it sime more than Year
