What do you like best about the product?
I love using 1Password cross-platform as it works seamlessly on mac desktop, iphone mobile browser, and apps on both desktop and mobile, without disrupting my workflow. I appreciate how it securely keeps all my important information in one place and generates strong passwords for me. The convenience of having all my licenses, passport, and other documents on hand is invaluable. I like that I never have to remember where I stored a password and it feels very secure. Also, I appreciate the ability to store passkeys and open it with Face ID or Touch ID on Apple products. The initial setup was very easy as I could import my data from a CSV spreadsheet out of LastPass.
What do you dislike about the product?
    I don' have any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use 1Password to store passwords, documents, and credit card info securely across platforms. It generates strong passwords and keeps my information organized and accessible, which feels very secure.

Seamless High-Security Password Management with an Intuitive Browser Extension

    Reviewed on Apr 16, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
As a freelance SEO specialist and writer, my "office" is entirely digital, and my security needs are complex. What I love most about 1Password is the seamless balance between high-level security and user accessibility. The browser extension is incredibly intuitive, allowing me to switch between personal vaults and client-specific credentials without missing a beat.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup for advanced features, like integrating with specific IAM infrastructures or setting up complex vault permissions, can have a slight learning curve for non-technical users. However, their documentation is excellent, and once it's configured, it runs flawlessly in the background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a freelance writing and SEO business means I am constantly juggling sensitive access credentials for dozens of different client websites, and 1Password has become the backbone of my digital security. It solves the massive headache of password fatigue by allowing me to maintain high-level security protocols without slowing down my creative workflow. The real benefit is the peace of mind it provides my clients; they know their company data is protected by enterprise-grade encryption while I’m working on their sites. Beyond just storage, the platform gives me total visibility into my security posture through detailed reporting, allowing me to be proactive about potential threats or weak links before they become issues. As I mentor other writers and scale my business, the ability to share specific vaults securely ensures that I can collaborate with a team without ever having to expose master passwords, making my entire operation more professional and significantly more secure.

Secure, Intuitive Password Management That Fits Seamlessly Into Daily Workflows

    Reviewed on Apr 14, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about 1Password is how secure yet easy to use it is. It simplifies password management by storing everything in one place, generating strong passwords, and autofilling them seamlessly across devices. The interface is intuitive, and it fits naturally into daily workflows without adding friction.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about 1Password is that some advanced features and configurations can feel a bit complex, especially for new users who are not familiar with password managers. While the core functionality is very user-friendly, setting up things like shared vaults or fine-tuning security settings can take some time.

From a pricing perspective, it is subscription-based, which may not appeal to users who prefer a one-time purchase model. For individuals or smaller teams, the cost can feel slightly high compared to some alternatives, even though the value is there.

In terms of performance, while generally reliable, there can occasionally be minor delays with autofill or syncing across devices, particularly when switching between platforms or browsers.

Regarding integrations, although it works well with most browsers and operating systems, its integration ecosystem is not as extensive as some other tools, which can be limiting for more complex workflows.

Lastly, while support and documentation are helpful, resolving more specific or technical issues may take time, and onboarding for less technical users could be smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password is solving the problem of managing multiple passwords and sensitive information securely without relying on memory, reuse, or unsafe storage methods. Before using it, keeping track of credentials across different platforms could be time-consuming and increased the risk of weak or repeated passwords.

By centralizing everything in a secure vault, it eliminates the need to remember multiple logins while encouraging stronger password practices through built-in generation tools. This significantly improves overall security and reduces the likelihood of breaches caused by reused or compromised credentials.

It also streamlines day-to-day workflows by enabling quick autofill and easy access across devices, saving time and reducing friction when logging into accounts. Additionally, secure sharing features make it easier to collaborate with team members without exposing sensitive information.

Overall, the benefit is a combination of stronger security, improved organization, and increased efficiency in everyday tasks.
