Protect your security online.
What do you like best about the product?
Users can trust the technology and 1Password developer team due to their reputation and benefit from integration with macOS and iOS. With the capability to sync across several different platforms, your organization will have much more flexibility to meet its needs. Syncing with iCloud for free, Dropbox or 1Password has proven to be excellent cross-platform solutions for me. There are many benefits to using 1Password in addition to storing passwords. This program also maintains the passwords' history, which is a noteworthy feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
In comparison with most browsers' built-in password functionality, the integration in 1Password feels less seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our organization, 1Password is used to store and generate passwords. The software dramatically reduces the chance that a leak from another service will compromise different account's data. The ability to sync passwords and additional security information between devices has proved invaluable when I have had to fix an issue without being in front of my computer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is almost certain that you are in greater danger than you shall be if you do not use 1Password or another excellent password manager.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it. It's far better and more secure. Viewing history great and you can add your family member account as well.
A helpful, easy to use password manager!
What do you like best about the product?
Most of all, I appreciated how simple everything was to set up. It didn't take me much time to get used to. I also appreciate how there are private and shared vaults; this way I can use it for both work and personal needs, without mixing the two. On the work level, it allows for more collaboration on shared projects and goals and easier communication, since we can share passwords securely for shared accounts. On the personal level, it allows me to use a variety of passwords, therefore making my accounts accross the board more secure. Finally, it's so great to know that 1Password is truly secure and that I don't need to worry about accounts getting hacked.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the whole, this was a very easy platform to learn about and start using. There honestly isn't much I dislike! That said, I felt I didn't fully understand how to use it (like most tech things!) until I actually used it. So in other words, a slight learning curve but that's about it. Once you get the hand of it, it's not a problem at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a master password helps a lot, since this way I only need to remember one thing as opposed to a number of passwords! And it also allows me to have stronger passwords since I no longer need to create ones that are easy to remember. I would recommend 1Password to anyone who is looking for a safe and secure password manager. Definitely a higher quality product than the other password managers I've used in the past.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it! At first I was very unsure but once I used it I was sold.
One password saves me so much time and I know my accounts are secure.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that one password will create very secure passwords for you, and then automatically saves them. Gone are the days of trying to figure out my password and getting locked out of my account or having to reset. One password saves me so much time and hassle! The chrome plugin makes it extra convenient. I love that you can share passwords across teams, too. And I don't feel like I have to worry about the security of my passwords, as I used to when I'd write them down or put them in a document. I'm considering creating an account for my personal life and for my husband as well so we can share passwords to family logins, and to solve the problem of constantly forgetting our passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints about one password! It's very convenient. I do wish it were a little easier to save your password on your initial login to a site. I've found I have to go to the one password website and create an entry in my vault because it doesn't register or pop-up on websites that I haven't logged into before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, I always forgot my passwords and also was using less secure passwords so that I could remember them. Now that I have one password, I can create really secure passwords and never worry about forgetting them. It also helps that we can share passwords across my team without having to keep them in an unsecure document or send them over email. One password saves me so much time and I never have to go through the process of resetting or getting locked out of accounts. The training they offer when you first get your account was super helpful as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Skip Dashlane and go right to One Password! This is by far the most convenient password manager I've used.
Useful and reasonably easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
1Password is most helpful for managing team passwords for shared accounts. It also successfully manages my personal passwords, but that was not particularly difficult for me before. In principle, it is nice that I only have to remember one password total.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes 1Password seems to interact in weird ways with specific websites, and, in these situations, the password does not autopopulate. However, in that situation I am able to access the password in OnePassword. I also do not like that I have OnePassword only in one browser, but I am not entirely sure whether that is necessarily the case or if I have the option to add it to others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No serious problems. Benefit is ease of accessing shared accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a password manager, 1Password will likely satisfy you. If you don't feel a strong need for a password manager, 1Password is unlikely to surprise you.
Great support team and robust options
What do you like best about the product?
Having multiple 1Password team members to help through many different stages of the process.
Admin flexibility to control the user environment.
Admin flexibility to control the user environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very confusing and overwhelming at first. If there were a step-by-step process that broke each component set up a bit easier (like, "which people should have the most restrictive access?" > creates group, what can most folks do with account info? >permission settings). This would be much more intuitive and help with the learning process for admins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Goodbye sloppy excel files that are never updated! I can now say "go check 1PW" and employees know where to go and I am confidant that information is being shared and stored securly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best on the market at this time. Free family accounts for those who have an account through business is a huge perk. Easy to onboard new employees.
Best password manager on Apple!
What do you like best about the product?
It integrates deeply with your system and the security behind it is top notch.
And don't forget the integration with HIBP!
And don't forget the integration with HIBP!
What do you dislike about the product?
The central alerting for companies could get some love.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Central password management
User-friendly security for individuals and teams
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is simple and intuitive. But beneath the surface lies many powerful, well-designed features: browser integrations, shared vaults, guest users, 2FA scanning, team access control, mobile apps, touch ID support, breach notifications, file attachments. I also appreciate the support for scripting via the 1Password CLI. We use this to audit our vault access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the CLI had access to more data. Routine tasks can become slow when you need to repeat them over 100+ vaults, and the CLI can speed this up. Being able to archive and schedule a vault for deletion would help with our access control policies. Having greater reporting tools would allow us to better find defunct vaults and login items. Being able to store larger files would be nice, too, but perhaps outside the bounds of 1Password's primary purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're ensuring that we create secure, unique passwords for every account we create. This reduces the risk of account exposure and helps us maintain best practices for access control. We meet our contractual obligations with our clients and we rest easier at night.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider how you will support 1Password internally. How you will separate vaults, who you will give vault-creation access to, how you will audit the vaults, and how you will handle requests to be added to vaults.
A great way to manage your passwords
What do you like best about the product?
An opinion, 1Password is the strongest security feature on the market. it is easy to use, moderately priced, and has numerous features, all while offering a high level of protection Furthermore, this software is designed for small companies and large corporations. It is secure because it registers every website I visit, allowing me to be logged in and safeguarding my passwords. I like 1Password on my Android computer, and it functions flawlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
You may find the gui a little difficult to understand at first. Even so, you will finally get used to using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It just became a lot easier to handle the proxy server! We no longer have to constantly give our accountant the log-in password. This offers a wide variety of password strengths, making it much harder to crack although with delegate exposure
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep track of who has access to what, and store them in the vault (rather than copying them to the vault). Anticipate your plans and you will be more competitive.
Mostly better than LastPass
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless integration with 2FA/MFA keyszz
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to move secrets from between vaults
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly securely sharing account secrets with coworkers for automation/agent accounts
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's better than LastPass for most things
