Secure, Easy-to-Use Password Manager That Keeps Everything in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me keep all my passwords in one tool, instead of using multiple platforms and having to hunt down my logins. It feels super secure, is easy to navigate, and was also very easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t say there’s anything to dislike about 1Password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stores all my organizations logins, making them super easy to locate when needed
Secure and reliable password manager for daily use
What do you like best about the product?
I like 1Password because, first of all, it keeps all my passwords in one place and saves time. It is easy to use, works seamlessly on different devices, and helps avoid forgetting passwords or using weak passwords again.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is account recovery. If you forget the Secret Key and password, it is very hard to get access again. This is confusing for new users, and there really should be clearer instructions on how this works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password helps me manage many passwords without writing down or reusing the same password everywhere. This helps improve my security, saves time when logging in, and reduces stress over forgetting key account credentials.
Easy Password Sharing, Tags, and User-Friendly 2FA
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to share passwords with colleagues easily and use also shared passwords. I like that you can add tags to passwords and also the one time password function for 2FA is really user-firendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the overview part is not very nicely organized, it would be great to have a bit better UI, e.g. password not organized by "date added" rather than type of tool by default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily storing and managing password with colleagues and also being able to have very strong passwords for tools without having to remember them and can store them safely.
Secure and Feature-Rich, But a Bit Complex and Occasionally Slow
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a very high level of security with strong encryption. The user interface is clean and intuitive, and it runs smoothly across multiple devices and platforms. I also find features like password generation and secure notes genuinely useful in everyday use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires a paid subscription. For new users, it can feel a bit complex at first, and I’ve also noticed occasional slowdowns when unlocking the vault.

As a regular user in my company I find 1Password to be a reliable and well-designed password manager. It allows me to keep all my passwords and other sensitive information in one secure place, which makes my day-to-day online activity simpler, more organized, and safer.

Centralized Password Management, Some Improvements Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I like 1Password because it's easy to use and relevant to me. All my apps use it, so I have all my passwords in one centralized place. It was pretty easy to get started, as I had instructions from my university.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t anything specific, but it could use good 2FA and some more security. And retrieving the passwords could be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password centralizes all my passwords, making it easy to manage authentication across all my apps. It's user-friendly and relevant to my needs.
Effortless Password Management with Peace of Mind
What do you like best about the product?
I find 1Password extremely helpful because it consolidates all my logins in one place, making it easier instead of dealing with multiple different logins for all the technology I use like Google Calendar, Salesforce, and Outreach. I love the ease of use; it's simple, has a friendly, easy-to-use interface, and is very convenient. I didn't even need to read a manual or look at any YouTube videos to get started, which was nice and friendly. In terms of simplicity, it's just not complicated, so anyone can get the hang of it relatively easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say is having to log in to it. And then reload all of my tabs can be a bit annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password consolidates all my logins, saving me from writing passwords in a notebook. It saves time and provides peace of mind by eliminating tedious searches every time I'm logged out.
1Password: Secure, Centralized Password Management with Easy Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
We use 1Password for secure, centralized password storage and sharing, and it has become the standard password management solution for our IT team. Onboarding is straightforward, and multi-device access makes it easy to use across different systems. It brings autofill, passkeys, and 2FA storage together in one place, and it also works with SSO. Another helpful feature is trusted device recovery, which allows the IT team to recover accounts if something goes wrong.
What do you dislike about the product?
Secrets still require manual rotation by teams, which creates ongoing overhead. We’re also dealing with the added burden of access governance. Overall, it’s not ideal for automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to address the problem of scattered passwords and insecure sharing, which has now been eliminated. It centralizes organization-wide onboarding and access management, and it provides Entra ID SSO integration for stronger identity governance.
Effortless Password Management with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and the availability of different apps and extensions with 1Password. The initial setup was easy peasy, the easiest ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well it's paid. After I left my job I stopped it and moved to another solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use 1Password for managing accounts, passwords, keys, and notes. It solves my problem of remembering long passwords and renewing them.
Effortless Password Management Across All Devices
What do you like best about the product?
I find 1Password easy to use, and I like that it's universal with versions for Mac, Windows, Linux, and a web version. It's really handy that it checks for weak passwords and alerts me if a website was compromised. I like that my passwords are shared across all my devices, saving me time because I don't need to open my laptop to find a specific password. I appreciate the integration with iOS, making it efficient to use on my iPhone. It also has extensions for all browsers, which makes filling in login credentials really easy. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that all is good with 1Password. They could work on integration with macOS natively. macOS has autofill & passwords feature, but there is no way to select 1Password as a source.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password stores my passwords, OTPs, and credit card credentials. It syncs across all devices, saving me time without needing my laptop. It's easy to use, checks for weak passwords, and alerts me if a website is compromised.
