Using 1Password is very easier and quicker than password manager
What do you like best about the product?
the security and the ease of access and time take to sign in is very quick compared to other password managers, Very simple to use once set up
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of visible control over auto-login—sometimes you’d prefer to manually confirm before credentials are filled in.
The automatic login can feel risky if someone else is using your device.
It would be better if there were more granular settings to manage auto-fill vs. manual login

A Solid Password Manager that Saves Me Hours and a Ton of Headaches
What do you like best about the product?
I think the best thing about 1Password is how effortlessly it works across all my devices, especially with the browser extension. The auto-fill feature is brilliant and saves me a ton of time every single day. On top of that, the secret key option gives me peace of mind that my data is safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the product's basic idea is fantastic, I think the sharing option is a little difficult. I often have to walk new users through the process of setting up shared vaults because it's not as user-friendly as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, I used to reuse my passwords on many websites because, to be honest, I couldn't remember all of my login information. Now, this has been fully resolved for me by 1Password. It now handles the creation of strong, unique passwords, which has made my online presence feel so much more secure.
Reliable Enterprise-Grade Password Management for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
As a Senior Data Engineer I appreciate how 1Password simplifies secure credential management for both personal and team use. It allows me to safely store SSH keys, API tokens and database credentials and easily share them with teammates when necessary. The browser extension and mobile app are seamless, and the overall interface is intuitive even for non-technical staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
“From a data engineering perspective, there are a few areas that could improve.
– Fine-grained vault or item permissions can be difficult to configure when you have multiple pipelines and micro-services with different access levels.
– Integrating 1Password into automated workflows (like CI/CD or infrastructure-as-code) still requires manual work or third-party scripts; a native developer-friendly API or CLI could make this smoother.
– Offline access is limited if you’re working in a secure environment without internet.
These aren’t deal-breakers but they are pain points I’ve experienced while using it in a data engineering context.”

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password helps me and my team securely store and share sensitive credentials such as database passwords, SSH keys, API tokens and environment variables. It eliminates the need to pass secrets through email or chat and ensures that only authorized team members have access. This has improved our security posture, simplified onboarding for new engineers and reduced the time spent retrieving or resetting credentials. The vault structure and browser extensions also make daily usage much faster and safer.

Help us feel safe with my passwords and online payments
What do you like best about the product?
What surprised me the most was how quickly I adapted. I remember that the first time I installed it I was afraid it would be another of those apps that make me waste time, but no: in less than 10 minutes I had already saved my most important passwords. It felt so natural that, when I entered my mail and it self-completed itself, I laughed to think of the years I had lost copying and pasting keys from a note hidden in the phone. As for security, it gave me real peace of mind. The first time Watchtower warned me that a password I was using was compromised, I felt like I had a personal guard watching my back. And the "Travel Mode" gave me a brutal calm when I traveled: before going through migration I erased my sensitive data and then, with one click, I recovered them upon arriving at the hotel. Value for money, although I had to think before paying, convinced me in the first week. With all that it saved me in stress and time, the price stopped looking expensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
On a couple of occasions, I failed to sync a new device and had to set it up again. The team support was keeping an eye on everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our company the difference was even clearer. Before, when someone needed a tool key, we had to track down old emails or ask three different people on the team until we found it. It was chaos and, even worse, a risk. With 1Password we set up a shared vault, and there we have everything, and there is no risk of disclosing data. I remember one Friday, in full urgency with a client, that we needed the corporate card to pay for a license. Instead of wasting time searching for it, it was already saved in 1Password, and we used it with secure autocomplete in seconds. That day we finished on time thanks to that, and I thought, "It’s over; this app has earned its place here"
