Easy to use and resourceful interface

What do you like best about the product?
It's a more cohesive interface when cycling through companies. Compared to Linkedin, it's superior.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the employment history of the members is never in chronological order and no dates are available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding appropriate contacts

able to connect with hiring managers much faster than finding the information in LinkedIn or by calling around.

Direct phone numbers/emails make my life a lot easier.

User interface can be a bit clunky at times

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of locating direct phone numbers. The discover extension is also very helpful when I'm using linkedin and deciding who to target.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the active personnel I've found to be outdated. Overall though it's still very helpful. The scoops are harder to navigate with the new set up, it's taken quite a bit of getting used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting around calling the same receptionist over and over. It's also helpful for finding contacts that don't use linkedin/upcoming projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The keyword option is a little overwhelming, boolean searches are much easier than selecting keywords though. The new update has made it a little harder to navigate since the acquisition of rainking, I mostly work with saved searches instead of running new seatches.

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg goes in depth into the technology stack that a company is using. This allows me to have a basic understanding of their processes before I even have a conversation over the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I typically have a hard time finding information about contacts, it is a much better tool for finding out about a company than an individual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg provides me with a reliable source of information for prospecting and reaching out to companies to have conversations about their technology.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool to use if you are looking for information about large companies and high level executives. They typically have direct lines to the contacts they do have, but it is limited in the number of contacts per company

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is a great tool for lead information across the globe. Their data is usually very accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their integration with Salesforce is complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding new leads for our outbound lead generation efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
Info is available and up to date. Website needs a refresh badly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website lacks a friendly experience and an easy user experience.

finding the correct decision makers has easily been the best thing about Zoom. Info is most up to date in comparison to other vendors.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the financial and initiative data more than anything else.
What do you dislike about the product?
The titles are often wrong and the search algorithm tends to not stay on the parameters I set. Specifically, location data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the people I need and alternative contacts easily. I have generated nearly half a million in business using contacts from discover org.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about the tool is the integration with my CRM and the quick access to key contacts who are the decision makers and evaluators of my specific solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike, however if I had to pick one thing, it is limiting on the amount of contacts you can import into your CRM at one time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy access to contact information of my prospects. With their OppAlert tool, I have been able to identify companies researching my space and get in front of them with my messaging.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation and ease of importing contacts/leads into SF
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have the most robust data for mid-market (under 2500 employee) companies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual prospecting via other methods and trying to guess at contact information.

Huge time savings in not only building lists but also ensuring the validity of our data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Focus on using it for enterprise accounts - data can be inaccurate and tougher to find for mid market or small sized companies.
