I use ZoomInfo everyday and without it, it would take 100x longer to do my job
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can get contact information for any prospect right from my browser using their chrome extension. I never have to leave the company's page or LinkedIn. My company has it set up so it syncs directly to Salesforce so I don't have to do any sort of manual inputs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contacts are not linked to the right company. However, I play in the SMB space, so a lot of companies have similar names and don't necessarily have the online presence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales solves the problem of providing data needed for prospecting. I'm an AE that needs to prospect, and to manually enter/find all the data I would need on my own would take forever. I also like how there are mobile numbers, as it's been hard to get people on their office lines lately. Having the mobile information is very helpful. I also use it to find some new accounts as well as cross reference data between the website and LinkedIn.

sometimes email is o longer in services, and the mobile phone # has been assigned to someone else

Sales OS with Intent is a great tool for my sales team
What do you like best about the product?
Intent qualification rocks! Workflows and setting up sales cadences directly on the platform is an additional advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data for Canadian companies is not always accurate. But largely it works as we can reach out on LinkedIn.

How to find high intent prospects and how to priortize calls for sales managers.
Mobile app review
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app has been useful for me, this helps when I am at the event, i just check the details and reach the person to meet and do sales
What do you dislike about the product?
only dislike is, it gets automatically logged out when i use it on web and mobile app together

Data are realtime and well updated regularly

What do you like best about the product?
Great customer support,The customer support team respond quick and help with any issue, remember one time, I was not able to expore the data and called the customer care and got it solved quickly. It has a wide array of potential clients and partners, thereby increasing the chances of getting more qualified meetings

It creates sometimes duplicate value when you integrate and export it in salesforce

I love the detailed current data avaiable to me at my fingertips at any time.

I have not noticed something that I dislike yet.

The best feature is the integration, our sales and marketing teams can maintain up-to-date records, track interactions, and manage their leads more effectively without the need for manual data entry, thus saving time and reducing the risk of errors.

Despite the seamless integration, we have sometimes experienced delays in data updation

Like mentioned one of the biggest hurdles for our sales and marketing teams was to efficientely manage the contact and company information. ZoomInfo addresses this challenge by offering data import into our CRM systems.

ZoomInfo stands out with its high data accuracy level. I appreciate the reliability of the contact information and business data provided. This accuracy ensures that my team could be trusted with zoominfo information for the reach out to potential clients or partners..

While the data itself is reliable, the UI sometimes feel cumbersome to use, this is my opinion

Helpful for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to work with. I use ZoomInfo to help me find contacts for various companies that I hope to earn business with. The features are veru easy to use and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of using ZoomInfo is that some potential contacts do not enter phone numbers, and emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem is finding leads for a custom automation/integrator it very critical to generate leads. ZoomInfo makes it easy to get contact information.
Great Platform That Continues to Evolve
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of and cleanliness of the data continues to be industry-leading. I've used Zoominfo for over a decade now and they keep trying to make their product better. I appreciate that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo can be a bit cumbersome and difficult to navigate. If you don't know exactly how to get the data you want, it can take time to find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo takes the guess work out of trying to find the right people I need to speak with.
