I enjoy using tellwise.
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to send emails through the system. It is helpful because the emails are synced into sales force.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is nothing that I dislike about it.

IT IS EASY TO DOCUMENT THE CALLS MADE FOR THE DAY.

DOES NOT ADVISE IF # IS DISCONNECTED. JUST STATES NO ANSWER

What do you like best about the product?
I can walk into the office, set up my laptop, and start dialing without any issues. Voicemail is already set up, with an automatic email that sends out after a call, and salesflow is one of the best features in my opinion. Having multiple ways of getting in touch with the P.O.C. is truly innovative and easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I dislike anything about it; its ease of use makes the process much easier throughout the day.

It makes Mail-Merge super easy, gives you a quick preview so you can check everything before sending out and you get notified about everything the receivers "do" with your e-mail.

Attachments are links to an online file and not really attachments anymore.
When mapping my Excel file to the categories I have to go through all of them. I would rather choose the ones I need and close the window right afterwards.

inability to edit phone number without changing entire contact .. would like to be able to make a 1x dial without setting up a contact

The salesflow function is superb. Automating the daunting tasks of reach out to prospects is a pain point TellWise has solved.

Inability to speed up a step of salesflow manually.

Lead generation has increase hand over fist all in an automated manner.

I’ve been using zoominfo for a while to get direct phone and email addresses. Unbelievable success because of it

Sometimes info is incorrect but it’s honestly not such a big deal

What do you like best about the product?
I was recommended this product when I first started building out our process to working with brands. We had zero way to find contact emails and using ZoomInfo were able to contact decision makers in every business. This helped us grow our company and acquire fasters much faster than ever imagined.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often times it can be challenging to add a lot of data in a streamlined process. It is also expensive

Finding contact info and being able to get directly to decision makers instead of emailing info@
