Useful but a few limitations
What do you like best about the product?
Overall ease of use and ability to navigate and learn about companies. I also find the scoops to be useful at times although it would be nice to have an option to filter them. The amount of contact data is strong and the ability to import account level and contact level data right into CRM is great. I find responses from DiscoverOrg to be quick when bad data is spotted.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hierarchy/org charts tend to be pretty inaccurate and outdated.
Additionally, I sometimes find that there are people not in the employees section who should be or who are easy to find on LI and company website. This isn't uncommon with other providers, either, and most of the time I can find the right folks.
The list building feature can be a little challenging and often returns too many results when you have a very specific niche market with titles that have high variability -- which is the norm in today's organizations. Can spend a lot of time weeding through the wrong people.

DiscoverOrg has not let me down
What do you like best about the product?
The support is unmatched. If I find a contact is no longer with a company DiscoverOrg will conduct the research and update.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of smaller companies and certain industries such as physician practices and hospital systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have a data source to obtain business addresses, phone numbers, email, direct dials, and contacts. Without a source such as DiscoverOrg we were dead in the water.

I like how it links to Salesforce and makes it easy to find new prospects

Best Lead tool ev er!
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of information overall is great.However, I particularly value the amount of Direct Dial numbers available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data is unavailable to me that has the same title as others at the same company that are available to me. I also, find the org chart itself to be a bit hard to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to achieve higher connect rates with the correct contacts. I also value the "Scoops" portion of the tool, while i find it largely to be inaccurate, by opening up the criteria I have found a couple opportunities where the scoop itself sounded outside of what we do.
DiscoverOrg is an okay tool to use for sales development reps
What do you like best about the product?
I like it when I am able to find contact information for prospects within a targeted company and they have both a direct number and email listed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout of their tool (I liked RainKing better)Yep, I did think the UI of RainKing was more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding prospects to reach out too. I am able to identify new prospects and then reach out to them.

What do you like best about the product?
The vast information I can easily get on a contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
the numbers of contacts in each company do lack compared to other lead generators.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem solved was being able to vet leads very quickly, and assign territories efficiently.

The quality data is second to none. Easy to use

There is a limit on Exports and a little pricey

Searching for quality information like emails and direct phone numbers is time consuming. It's great to have DiscoverOrg to handle this part of our business

Best Prospecting tool I've ever used!
What do you like best about the product?
The advance search feature is fantastic. I love how I can filter the types of companies and the exact title/seniority level I want to target.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how hard it is to unblock a company
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an inside sales rep, it helps me prospect a wide verity of targeted copanies, industries, regions, etc.

Amazing Product
What do you like best about the product?
They have great data and we couldn't do our jobs without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is not quite up to date, but most of the time it is very accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have recently switched to ABM and DiscoverOrg provides us with the right org charts and contact numbers that we need to set appointments with prospects. We have booked 7x the number of meetings over the last year.

WE couldn't do our jobs without them.

Sometimes the upload function to the CRM is unable to move contacts over.
