DiscoverOrg makes prospecting easier
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about DiscoverOrg is that it is versatile. If you want to get creative to dins potential clients, this helps you reach that untapped market.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about DiscoverOrg is that the contact information isn't always up to date. The exporting tools are are lagging quite a bit and sometimes I have issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to reach prospective clients that need help with data analytics and business intelligence.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
DiscoverOrg needs to be updated more frequently. A good amount of the contacts aren't in their same roles or they are bad e-mails. Keeping up-to-date would help a lot and make the money more worth while. Also, what needs to be improved is downloading prospects from DiscoverOrg from Outreach. I get quite a bit of errors where they won't reach over and I have to redo the. OR if they do transfer over to Outreach, DiscoverOrg won't deselect all the "sleected and imported" contacts and I have to manually do it.

What do you like best about the product?
It updates frequently, and there's contact info for the person I'm looking for 99% of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
If someone leaves a company, their info for their previous company sometimes stays in there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting contact info for decision makers. My connect rate has increased.

DO Scoop alerts and contact info help me get in touch with the right folks at the right time.

It would be nice to know even more specifics in regards to which divisions within enterprises are using specific technologies.

I gather some contact information which my other tools don't pick up, as well as get talking points for my cold calls.

The scope of information. Discoverorg provides a lot of information from scoops, to corporate structure. You can really find out all the information you need

sometimes contacts are incorrect. You need to do a little research on your own to determine whether the names and titles are correct

Call lists are easy to find using discoverorg. Useful for cold calling

Do some additional research on your most valued titles to ensure they are still at the company listed and maintain the same title

We like the ease of use. We can easily target potential candidates based on the technology they use and reach out to them about opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's so damn slow on a pc. Much faster when using a Mac.

We've increased our candidate pool which has led to increased revenue.

What I like the most is how DiscoverOrg helps me to find the best contacts in a company I’m looking to target and sort by industry.

What I dislike is that sometimes the contacts aren’t updated, and sometimes I can’t find all the contacts I need.

The business problem I’m solving with DiscoverOrg is how I can get to the right contact and decision maker to pitch sell my solution.

I like the fact that everything is very detailed and so user friendly. And now that they have acquired xoom, its gonna be next level!

The growing pains as with any first time user of anything, it takes some getting used to.

I'm on a sales team and we leverage all the data we consume from DO to then have an idea of who we want to sell to and even how we are gonna sell the products we offer.

This product is invaluable if you are trying to grow a pipeline in sales or marketing, absolutely love it!

ease of use - it is super easy to search and tweak your searches as well as save them for future use.

not much outside of the US, I try to find companies in the caribbean without much luck
