Easy to use, provides great information quickly allowing me to connect faster with my key prospects

How easy the software is to use and navigate

Outdated/incorrect information that has to be corrected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with my key prospects. ZoomInfo provides the tools/resources I need to get in touch. This has shortened by introduction period from 5-7 days on average to same day in most cases.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used this for roughly three years, less than one year with my current organization. We have found it worth every penny. I would at least complete the trial to see if it works as well for you as that was easy and they have been good to work with.
Fantastic tool for lead generation
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is a fantastic product for B2B marketers. It's easy to use, their data is up to date and deep as well as wide.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really applicable - but easier process to generate a list and compare to existing leads would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fantastic for researching potential clients and outbound marketing efforts. A+ product and support.
Crucial tool for my day to day
What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg UI is very intuitive and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I come across situations where I can't locate a company I am trying to prospect into. Perhaps DiscoverOrg should look into SMB companies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg allows me to find the corporate structure, contact information, and provides an easy way to import into SFDC. It is saving me time!

Sometimes the phone numbers are completely wrong, a co-worker once had the contact's child's number

What do you like best about the product?
Our team has found that the ZoomInfo data is quite up-to-date and the direct dials and email addresses are mostly accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Logging in to the service can sometimes be a hassle. Zoom does not seem to remember my identity and the two-step verification process is cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation is a key aspect of our business and ZoomInfo is a great tool to augment our database of clients.

It is a good tool but it is quite expensive and can be problematic to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the frequency that all the contacts in zoom are updated. Zoom helps provide me with many different opportunities to get a meeting set with a company.

Nothing. Sometimes companies can not be found.

Accurate points of contact. Zoom also helps me be more efficient.

The fact that I can find contacts for business' I'm prospecting really helps grow my book.

Wish there was a little more insight into what companies are growing In a certain area.

Great baseline information
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to capture a snapshot of the company and how they are structured. It makes reaching the right people a lot easier. It's no silver bullet, but the best out there so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their address information is a bit lacking, maybe the acquisition of Zoom Info will address that. It is wildly expensive, almost completely out of reach unless you are a monolith enterprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to build buying centers for target companies. It's our primary ABM feeder, and sets us on our way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Now with the Zoom Info acquisition, their address information should improve. But it remains to be seen how their pricing will be affected. That is a concern because of it's high price.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of contacts and company information available is great to have access to
What do you dislike about the product?
The revenue tends to be wrong, the contact names and titles tend to be incorrect - i.e. - 3D Systems shows 5+ CFO, all of which are not correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting - it has been great to reach out to multiple companies and work to drive meetings.
