Helpful for Role/Title Research
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can both see the location of an employee as well as their role/job function and title.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the phone numbers are always the directory or just not shown, making calling difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I cross reference data from Salesforce to find the largest number of the right people for any persona or account I am targeting.

Use the Advanced Search and Opp Alert functions!
Discover Org is the tool to have!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and all the information that it provides. I absolutely love the scoop updates that I can get with my prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I don't like is when the information is out of date but that's the only thing

the business problems I solve on my end is having the correct contact in my CRM

What do you like best about the product?
being able to see what technologies companies are using. I also love how accurate the contact information of contacts is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only being able to upload 50 contacts at a time into salesforce. I wish I could do a bulk upload directly into salesforce.

Having access to contacts at companies and understanding what challenges the company is currently facing.

Impressive on boarding process, attentive support. When it comes to the quality of the leads/data, they set the bar high.

I need to take more training courses on the platform so I can leverage more - this is not a dislike but more of a comment

We call into companies to sell our service. The benefit is DO has detailed information on the lead

I like how I can go on discover.org and find information such as company technologies, revenue and the people email address & direct phone numbers.

I dont really dislinke anything about Discoverr.org i think its a great tool

Discover helped us to do a better job in our outbound process. the Scoops help my team know when they should go after a company (meaning when they are ready to implement new technology and etc..).

What do you like best about the product?
List match is the more important tool i use with discover. I regularly utilize it to build company contact lists that i then pull into my CRM and dial out afterwards. Great tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the information is incorrect.

I use the information to set new business meetings. It's nice to have all the information in one place.

DiscoverOrg keeps eating up DB''s
What do you like best about the product?
I like that DisocverOrg has contionmuied acquiring DB's that I have used in the past making them the most complete db for infomration when it comes to trying to contact c suite and IT professional in North America.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are levels or tiers of information available. I have found numerous times that information I am seeking is not available to my level and I need to contact my administrator to purchase more data.

Helping my business to generate more pipeline.

I can quickly identify the companies and individual contacts that I am targeting and get their emails and direct phone numbers!

I am limited to only exporting 100 records per month by my company.

Identifying companies that fit my target profile solves a huge problem for prospecting. I have been able to reach out to and connect with the people that I need to be speaking to.
