Good atuff
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to export list makes my job so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
when I do export list it understandably takes sometime to load however during that time when I use the search bar for a different company often times mid typing a pop up box will pop up saying my export list is ready and It blocks the search bar I find this very frustrating and it often delays my work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to quickly find my leads much quicker and also use discover org to find scoops and info which make calling in much easier!

What do you like best about the product?
At an enterprise level, the numbers and emails are consistently accurate, and direct. When most of my time is spent calling and emailing, it is a relief to have such a high volume of accurate data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is lackluster. Often slow, and delayed. The search feature feels clumsy as well. I felt the need to work with it to understand its faults to retrieve the information I needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate information for sales purposes. This includes news, scoops, phone numbers, locations, emails, job titles, and management hierarchy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize the trial to be sure that this is the product that best provides data of your target customer.
Very Good platform with correctable flaws
What do you like best about the product?
Integrates well with CRM and can upload a ton of solid intel very quickly. Great customer service, for not only technical issues but for issues with the data contained within accounts. The OppAlerts and advanced search features are quite robust and can really sort through companies very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Incorrect intel on tech that companies use. It will say that 3-4 different eCommerce platforms are in place, when in fact there is only one. The Chrome extension (specifically, the way it appears on a given web page) can be a bit cumbersome and had some issues when I started using the tool. Now, it seems to be fixed but I still don't use it all that much. The interface and UX overall can be cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved the problem of having to use both eTail insights and RainKing. Now I have a platform for prospecting that has both B2C and B2B companies. Also, I spend less time on prospecting overall and can get lists done quicker. Also, it is hard to get intel on which companies are interested in doing what when you don't have years of industry experience and folks to network with. OppAlerts in DiscoverOrg can be really helpful in finding out which companies are doing research on the types of products / solutions that you sell.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you double check what technologies your prospects use. The info on DiscoverOrg can be VERY wrong and outdated

What do you like best about the product?
I love the chrome extension - brings up a summary of a company along with prospect's numbers and emails when I need them in a timely manner. Great way to list match with my current prospecting lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
When uploading lists there are times where the numbers do not align correctly This can be frustrating because I am calling false numbers for difference accounts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospects contact information and finding new companies under specific industries. This has helped me find information quickly and saves me much time when prospecting and pulling lists.

Employee search across multiple records, as well as subscribing to scoops for my records.
What do you dislike about the product?
That our Salesforce database was built before the integration with DiscoverOrg, so there are hassles and mistakes.

Uncovering new opportunities with Scoops allowing me to penetrate accounts more effectively.

It's been great. Lot's quality leads-- Love the fact they do the research, saving my team a lot of time

Expansive but top heavy
What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic network, giving me access to at minimum a database of companies in the field I am recruiting for.I really like the vast amount of emails that are provided along with the connection to the company and person's linkedin. The amount of leads that I have gathered post/pre Discover Org has been extensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was more info on lower level employees. More direct. If we could connect to more CRM's like PCR that would be great. Some C-level direct are not truely direct, but understandable. More information on job postings would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Company lists and C-Level execs. Prior to this I had to spend a great amount of time just finding a company name in the field/location that I was interested in. Now I have it all at hand.

What do you like best about the product?
Interface is easy to navigate with minimal training, and Information is relevant and up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scoops could have more information. Older scoops are not helpful as they are from the past couple years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using as a prospecting tool to target geographical areas. We are ale to pull lists within zip codes to dial in on prospects that are using certain technology and able to use the scoops to have a talking point.
Overall has great info on contact information, however, is still lacking in the technology area.
What do you like best about the product?
As mentioned before, when prospecting, I can always find the contact information for a prospect when I can't seem to find it anywhere else.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I am prospecting a certain companies current technologies, like eCommerce platform, they have multiple platforms listed when there should only be one. I tend to use other tools to find this information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding out the right people to reach out to. I have set several meetings just by using this tool to find the right people.
