Overpriced and Underwhelming for Small Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the overviews for companies, providing insights into their size and revenue. These statistics are beneficial, even though they are generally accessible through regular searches.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that ZoomInfo Sales is overpriced, especially considering our company size and the maturity level. It doesn't solve any problems for us or provide benefits that justify its cost. I also believe that similar tasks of enrichment and research can be handled by less expensive tools. Furthermore, I don't find it necessary for our company, as we are a small company in the early stages and struggling with lead generation, making it less relevant. Additionally, there is nothing appealing about the product that makes me consider purchasing it again for our company.

Zoominfo Sales Invaluable Resource for Sales Prospecting and Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales has completely changed how we approach prospecting. The Amount of contact and company data available is massive, and the accuracy is impressive. I can filter by very specific criteria, which make targeting much easier, I also appreciate how often the data is updated. It saves a ton of time i used to spend verifying information manually. I use this frequently and it's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complaint about, it's been consistent and dependable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us identify and connect with decision makers much faster. Before ZoomInfo, our team struggled to get past the discovery stage with new leads. Now, we go into every conversation with better context and contract accuracy, which increases conversion rates.

What do you like best about the product?
Its feature and integrations so that it is easy to use and also copilot to do all the prep work refining the target audience, the scoops and it is doing all the work o fa lead generator.

nothing doing great work just need to refesh its database

The lead intelligence and email tracking nd verification auto email writing, proving the scoop related to terget personas and also give the summery of lead structure and with use of intent data its easier to do the work.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales is easy to work with and didn't take long to set up. I like how quickly i can filter and find the right prospects without wasting time scrolling through irrelevant results. I use it regularly, like almost every day to research companies and decision makers, and the range of features from intent data to company insights makes prospecting much faster. It is easy to use interface, and the integration with out CRM was smooth, and now i can push leads directly without extra manual steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is working fine, i haven't found anything

It helps me quickly identify and connect with the right prospects, keeping my pipeline full without spending hours on manual research.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is accurate and has a very large data base of Industries especially in business can more than usually locate a business and details re Mob, emails and lists of management, it is easy to navigate through and is fast, Customer support is excellent and contactable they are in the States but i have had no problem getting into contact with them and they are helpful.
Zoominfo is easy to set up and implement its tells you exactly what to do and the search function is easy to navigate through, i have used Zoominfo for a period of 3 years on a daily basis and is easy to integrate and navigate with.

I have used Zoominfo for a few years now and i have no bad feedback, I find it a benefit the only dislike or downside would be pricing as expensive, but as a sales tool money well spent as a platform its excellent

Zoominfo makes my life easy it assists me daily in contacting and making new leads it has a 99percent accuracy, i am able to contact directly through mobile or email and have a variety of management to connect with.

With the help of zoominfo sales we are able to extract accurate and upto date data of leads. Zoominfo is helping us in reducing manual data entry by integrating with CRM likes Salesforce.

ZoomInfo’s been super helpful for finding contacts fast. Most of the info is accurate and it saves me a ton of time prospecting. Some emails bounce here and there but overall it gets the job done. Bit pricey tho.

Good tool but pricey & some data old, could use fresh data

We used to waste time chasing bad leads. Now we get decent data quick (not always perfect), and can reach the right ppl faster. Saves time and gets better convos started.
Good source for finding contact information for people in key roles at companies

ZoomInfo provides mobile numbers and emails if available which are very hard to get at times and the best way to reach people these days.

Sometimes the information is incorrect or outdated on ZoomInfo.

Strong Leads Within North America
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy for me to use and integrate within to my current systems. If I ever need help the customer support team have been very easy to get a hold of. Lots of features and works with Salesforce very easily, I use this every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
The leads aren't always that strong within EMEA. I feel Zoom excels in the North American regions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering data within certain regions that would otherwise be extremely difficult for me to acquire.
