What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is very user friendly and all the contacts are updated on monthly basis. After integrating with revenue grid my time consumption of exporting leads is very less.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contacts which are exported are not visible in the CRM due to duplicates. if the contact changed his role we need to send some suggestion but after reviewing our suggestions they are well tracked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information is up to date. And all the provided calling information is very legit. This helps me to be more productive at work with an improvement in my teams overall performance.

ZoomInfo Sales OS a- Quick and Easy.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS allows for quick and easy finding of key contacts and accounts. It also syncs wonderfully with ZoomInfo Engage to allow for quick outreach and salesflow to contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish SalesOS had an easy integration with Netsuite. We have recently transitioned to using Netsuite as our CRM and now I can no longer directly export contacts to our CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use ZoomInfo SalesOS to find contacts and accounts for cold outreach for our Business Development and Sales teams. It provides a great database for finding folks.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to drill into an account and retrieve information about a specific individual within that account. I can also find people in the account that I couldn't identify through other methods of research.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really think there is a fix for this, but sometimes when I am trying to find a specific individual, I need to actually type their name in, associated with an account, if the ZoomInfo confidence score for them is not super high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business problem is to find the contact info for an individual for for an account in order to conduct outreach. Sometimes I also get a referral to a name within an org but don't have their phone number or email.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has been an excellent integration for our team since we purchased the tool. It has solved most of our problems as a team, and we are delighted with our decision to buy it.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I dislike about this tool is that it also consists of ancient data. We get connected to people who are no longer associated with that company, and we reach out to the wrong people in doing so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We as a company, were facing a lot of issues in getting the direct numbers, but now, with ZoomInfo, we can get natural numbers and with that, the connection rate is more for us.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool for our company, it has allowed us to reach many companies that would have been difficult to reach on our own, it has even gotten us several prospects with a great possibility of closing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suggest that you double check the contact information (email) as we find that the contacts in Mexico are out of date in the sectors we are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to reach decision makers that are difficult to reach by other means.

What do you like best about the product?
On the positive side, I appreciated the remarkable speed of the contact generation software, as well as the vast database it offered, which allowed our company to locate potential contacts swiftly and efficiently, even within our particular niche.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regrettably, I found the contact generation software to be excessively intricate, making it challenging to comprehend at the start. Without the assistance of certain personnel from the company, it would have been arduous to navigate the various features and functionalities in the initial stages of usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS has proven to be a valuable tool in solving the problem of limited access to potential contacts within our small niche. Prior to using the software, it was difficult for us to locate and establish connections with relevant contacts online. However, with its extensive database and advanced search capabilities, we have been able to significantly upgrade our contacts database, leading to improved sales and networking opportunities. ZoomInfo SalesOS has benefited us by enabling us to expand our reach within our niche and establish valuable connections that were previously out of reach.

Great Prospecting Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Their Engage tool, coupled with SalesOS is as close as it gets to must-have tools for sales. They have many other integrated tools that like Websights and Intent that make prospecting much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty well-rounded and robust, but if I had to pick something... I'd say the Chrome extension can be pretty glitchy at times. But that is just nitpicking for the sake of answering this question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is the lifeline of our outbound prospecting. It has streamline our sales efforts and shortened the full sales cycle by allowing us to target our prospects much more precisely.

What do you like best about the product?
The most I like is that I can see an entire snapshot of the company with info like (Employee size, revenue, org structure etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes syncing issues with Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps immensely in prospecting, qualification of leads/prospects and provides up-to-date accurate information.

What do you like best about the product?
Importing contacts directly from sales navigator/linkedIn into salesforce. The Chrome extension is convenient. It is also nice to have a repository of contact data when I can't find it on my prospect's website directly
What do you dislike about the product?
When I can't find someone on LinkedIn or need to research directly from ZoomIno's site, it's hard to navigate and find specific people from their dashboard. A lot of the data is poor as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contact info (email, phone). Importing contacts quickly and easily from Linkedin/Sales Navigator. It does save significant time and streamlines my workflow
