What do you like best about the product?
I find ZoomIfo very easy to use. Most of the informtion you need is right there, ICP, specific numbers that prospects are more likely to engage through, the chrome plugin also allows you to get directly to their Linkedin. Also multiple ways to filter the contacts. I use it every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
Prospects move to different companies so the information isn't always spot on but that's to be expected.

Finding the correct prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides us with a vast database of business contacts, including detailed information on companies and professionals. One of the key strengths of ZoomInfo and what I liked most about it is its commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date data. I also like their customer service as they respond to queries in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I can't see anything that I dislike about ZoomInfo. Probably, the delay when a contact moved from one company to another. But that is just normal and reasonable. That's just about it and ZoomInfo really helps me with my everyday tasks on being productive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo offers an extensive database of business contacts, including detailed information on companies and professionals. This database is updated regularly, ensuring that the information contained within it is accurate. This helps us update the contact information of our clients and also benefits me a lot as I am being very productive because of this tool.
A lot of the information is outdated

I love the fire numbers. I also like the how you can do advanced searches.

I dislike that a lot of the information is outdated.

A Game Changer for Cold and Warm Leads
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of times you might engage with someone who has intrest in a product or service you offer and they want to connect. What happens when they do not have a phone number in the signiture? You go to ZoomInfo and it quickly and easily pulls data you can then use to connect with the prospect. I use it all the time everyday when I am at work. It seamlessly intregates as a browser extension as well so it implements itself into my daily workflow as well. Customer service is a 10/10 and the features it offers are boundless!
What do you dislike about the product?
With them constantly updating everyday new prospects it does sometimes happen when a direct line is not avalible but 9/10 it will have a good email to get back to them on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly they are a machine any problems they have they are on top of it constantly improving any issues and reporting them is very easy when you do run into the one off situations of not having the right numbers for specific people.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesOS has been crucial in building the commercial process for a startup with one dedicated outbound rep. The amount of time saved in seamlessly exporting contact information to the CRM is spent on much higher-value activities, and verified emails protect the domain name health.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very minor UI things that don't really get in the way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aggregating contact information and exporting into CRM means the sales team can immediately target their ICP and not waste time trying to find contact details or perform manual data entry beneath their pay grade. Sales execs can focus on the more value-add parts of the sales cycle.
Solid and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Has contact info for 98% of the people I need to talk to on a daily basis. As a startup, this provides our database with a great start of account and contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scoops and other value added data points go unused. We use this primarily for the addition of contacts and accounts.

The integration that is has with SaleNav and the intent features provide insight into what my ICP at the company is looking into each month.

Inaccurate numbers and sometimes generate incorrect emails that don't always fit the common domain of the company profile.

Solving how to keep up with leads within a specific deal or leads in an account that I am trying to pursue.
