Great for Finding Contacts, But Data Accuracy Needs Improvement

Helps me source new/relevant contacts into salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always accurate/up to date. Sometime the contacts are retired, wrong phone number or have the same name as desired contact or work for company with similar name.

It's helping me find new leads to reach out to and prospect

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate ZoomInfo Sales for providing accurate information, which has helped us increase the number of meetings booked. The accurate contacts information allows us to be more precise in targeting and has been a game changer for us. I find that everything is available in one place, which makes it the best platform for lead enrichment, lead generation, and lead information. The extension is a top favorite because when I'm on LinkedIn, I can get live information such as email, phone number, office number, headquarters, and more. It's amazing for getting full organizational information from websites. The advanced search tool is also fantastic, letting me narrow down searches by title, company, and industry to exactly what I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have more clarity on how the intent data works. We receive a lot of intent mentions, but I just need a little bit more of an explanation on how the intent data actually works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales for accurate contact information, improving SDR outreach with good numbers, leading to more booked meetings. It helps target decision-makers effectively and provides full organizational insights, impacting my team and company positively.
Great Filters, But Needs More Updated information

easy to use, a lot of filters i can use, lot of buisiness

outdated info names titles and contact. needs more recent dated info

Streamlines Lead Management, But Needs Better AI Integration
What do you like best about the product?
It ease the process of the sales by providing lead score, lead handling so that team can easily manage the leads which helps in more deal closures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with other AI based platforms is not that efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier facing issue with lead management which is easy on ZoomInfo as it give us lead scoring, lead engagement and leads activities.
Easy Access to Key Contacts, Effortless to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Access to contact information for decision makers and influencers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to mention, but I find the tool extremely easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before I started using Zoominfo, it was much harder for me to identify decision makers.
Zoom Info - Great Sales/Prospecting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It was very helpful to find sales contacts, info about executives at different companies, emails, phone numbers, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, some smaller companies were not registered in their database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would give me direct access to a company's C-Suite info, employee info, emails, phone numbers, and would also teach me about what the company was doing in the news and info on the industry. I also enjoyed having it suggest other companies in the same industry, so I could branch out and get other companies in my pool of leads.

It provides accurate contact information for LinkedIn profiles, which is very useful for data collection and lead generation purposes.

There are only a few instances where it provides just the email information and not the full contact details.

Accurate Contacts and Seamless CRM Integration, Minor Data Inaccuracies
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo helps me find the best contacts to reach out to for my sales organization. Emails and phone numbers are almost always spot on, along with current and previous jobs for the contact. The ability to transfer a contact over to my CRM with all their information saves hours of time as opposed to copy and pasting every piece of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a while there will be an incorrect cell phone number or an out-of-date contact. There are also times zoom doesn't integrate with my CRM to transfer contacts, but all of those instances are pretty rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As of recent the cell phone numbers have been much more accurate which is always helpful. Cell phone communication is essential for sales outreach in many cases.

Difficulty logging in and verifying. Long login time

I primarily use this tool to research information on prospects and extract data for various companies. It has helped gather the details I need for my work.
