User-Friendly platform that helps you transform your business
What do you like best about the product?
I find ZoomInfo Sales very user-friendly and extremely easy to use. It’s dynamic and provides a lot of insight into potential prospects and decision-makers, even when full information isn’t available. We’ve run successful email marketing campaigns and closed good deals after using their contact data. The response rate for emails we’ve sent using ZoomInfo Sales contact information has been impressively good.
What I really like is that it helps us reach people we couldn’t have contacted directly through other tools or programs we’ve used in the past. The initial setup was straightforward, and the platform feels intuitive, which minimizes the need for extensive training.
Another function I’ve found especially useful is the company descriptions; the results we’ve gotten from them have been very accurate.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t dislike anything about the tool. My main suggestion is to keep expanding the data coverage for Latin America. We also use it for searches in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the US, and in those regions I’ve found it to be very robust.
It would be great to improve the presence of, and access to, information for countries in Latin America. Also, some of the contact information isn’t updated—there are cases where contacts no longer work at their companies or don’t hold those positions anymore. That said, I understand this isn’t easy to keep current in a world where professional mobility moves so fast.
Overall, I love ZoomInfo and have already recommended it to former colleagues and family.

Streamlines Lead Generation, But Needs Accuracy Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I find ZoomInfo Sales really handy for easily accessing information. It's great for finding phone numbers and understanding personas, which makes my work of finding new companies for my pipeline much simpler. I also like using the website signals to see who's been viewing my company's website. Additionally, the initial setup of ZoomInfo Sales is very, very easy.

I think it's glitchy, and the filters sometimes mess up, and there's a lot of wrong information on there as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales solves the pain of manually searching on Google by providing easily accessible and trackable information for my pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
I use ZoomInfo Sales for prospecting new clients and I really like the data accuracy it offers. The reporting tools are also great and make my work easier. The initial setup was very easy, and I appreciate the better feel to the website compared to what I used before. Overall, there are more benefits with ZoomInfo Sales, and I even integrate it with Hubspot for a seamless experience.

Accurate Contact Finder Despite Occasional Inaccuracies
What do you like best about the product?
I find ZoomInfo Sales to be very accurate and thorough when finding information about contacts, which helps me with my outreach and narrowing in on accurate emails for companies. It's very valuable in my work, enabling me to contact prospects and update contact information in my internal systems. It also helps me vet whether the contact information is up to date. The initial setup was very easy and streamlined, making it one of the first tools I enabled.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do believe that ZoomInfo Sales grabs inaccurate information at times. I have made several cold calls to people with the same first and last name as who I intended to call, but ZoomInfo Sales has actually pulled information for a different person with the same name.

I use ZoomInfo Sales to find accurate contact information like phone numbers and emails, which helps me with outreach and vetting current contacts.
Comprehensive Data, Phenomenal Support & Easy/Precise Filter Methods for Accurate Target Audience
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love ZoomInfo Sales. I've recommended it to a bunch of friends and helped others within their organizations learn how to use it better. The intent and filtering features are incredibly useful and important to me, especially when it comes to revenue amounts and locations. My account manager has been really good, showing me the ropes and being available when needed. ZoomInfo Sales makes it easy to find the correct decision maker by allowing me to input multiple job titles, which is super helpful when dealing with thousands of contacts. I love being able to find cell phone numbers and email addresses, and there’s a lot of valuable information available about the companies, including what they're searching for, which is part of the intent that I really like. My favorite thing is being able to do searches and create qualified lists with filters like revenue, location, and industry, helping me reach the right people. The interface works really well, and I appreciate the speedy communication and resolutions I receive. It was really easy to integrate, I use it 50-100 times a day, & I'm SO glad we have it!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, if a person's name hasn't been used frequently or searched for in the past ninety days, it doesn't show up in the immediate search with the criteria I put in. Even if I do type somebody's name in very specifically, then it'll pop up, which is a bit of a challenge. It's kind of a turnoff when I'm trying to seek out a company and see only 10 employees, making me think I've reached the end of my search. I wish they wouldn't quite be filtered out like that.

I find ZoomInfo Sales incredibly useful for identifying decision-makers, filtering by job title and location, and accessing vital company information. It offers reliable data, helping me reach the right contacts quickly with valuable insights on company searches and intent.
Fast, Easy Access to Company and Contact Insights with ATS Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Having access to industry information for company lists and competitors, location information for contacts, contact information for company employees, insights for job openings. The interface is moderately easy to navigate, it integrates with our ATS, and it's got good response time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The advanced search can be confusing and there are errors regularly with accurate phone numbers - mainly mobile numbers.

ZoomInfo rapidly provides data that helps me find client targets otherwise I would not have had info about.

The contact and general information available for any particular company is fantastic and a wealth of information for pre sale information garthering.

At first many complications, however with weekly training sessions, our team has developed very good skills now.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that ZoomInfo Sales is connected directly to LinkedIn, which is the best lead generation source. It makes it much easier for me to give prospects a reason to trust a site like ZoomInfo through LinkedIn. Also, the initial setup of ZoomInfo Sales was very easy for me.

Sometimes the contact information isn't updated.

Direct Dial Access and Org Charts Make Reaching People Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I can bypass the receptionist with direct dial numbers and celllar phone numbers, an organization chart is provided and the software the company currently uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data is outdated, people no longer working for the company and phone numbers disconnected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to find the sofware used by the company and at least a few current contacts to get started with sales calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that ZoomInfo Sales is very thorough, providing not just the name of the person but also their direct contact information like the cell phone number and email. I appreciate that they give multiple locations for each company, making it easier to find someone relevant to my needs, along with the general contact for the company.
