What do you like best about the product?
I like that SAP S/4HANA Cloud combines real-time data, standardized processes, and built-in automation. It speeds up decision-making and reduces manual work, especially for finance and operations teams.

Some areas still feel limited, especially when you need deeper customization or integration flexibility. Certain updates also require adaptation time for users.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate SAP S/4HANA Cloud for its real-time analytics, which provide embedded AI/ML intelligence. The simplified processes and faster innovation through quarterly updates are really useful. I also enjoy the improved user experience due to the SAP Fiori interface. The system's real-time visibility into transactional and analytical data helps us eliminate batch processing and manual reconciliations, allowing for data-driven decisions directly within the system. The embedded analytics and intelligent automation reduce manual efforts in routine processes such as financial close, procurement approvals, and master data management. The standardized, simplified processes minimize errors and ensure consistency across departments. I find that the cloud-based architecture and out-of-the-box integration significantly reduce system downtime and troubleshooting efforts, with seamless integration with SAP Ariba improving cross-functional collaboration and accelerating procurement and supply chain workflows. The SAP Fiori interface provides intuitive, role-based access, enabling users to complete tasks more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
SAP S/4HANA Cloud has certain limitations that impact complex enterprise landscapes. The public cloud model restricts deep custom code modifications and database-level access, which can be challenging when migrating highly customized ECC environments or implementing industry-specific logic. Data migration and system conversion require significant effort, especially in harmonizing master data, resolving custom code incompatibilities, and adapting to S/4HANA's simplified data model. Integration scenarios, while supported through standard APIs and middleware, sometimes lack flexibility for legacy or non-SAP systems, requiring additional development on SAP BTP or third-party integration platforms. The quarterly release cycle introduces frequent changes that necessitate continuous regression testing and integration validation, increasing operational overhead. Additionally, monitoring and debugging across distributed cloud components can be more complex compared to on-premise systems.

Users transitioning from legacy environments may also face a steep learning curve. To ensure a successful implementation, it is usually necessary to have experienced SAP professionals involved. Furthermore, both licensing and subscription costs can be relatively high, which is particularly impactful for small to mid-sized organizations, making a thorough cost-benefit analysis essential.

Before using SAP S/4HANA Cloud, a lot of time was spent dealing with slow systems, disconnected data, and manual work just to get basic reports or answers. SAP S/4HANA Cloud brings everything into one integrated platform, so finance, supply chain, and operations are all working from the same real-time data. This has made it much easier to understand what’s actually happening in the business and respond quickly when something changes.
It has also reduced the day-to-day burden on IT and business teams. There’s no longer a constant focus on system maintenance or upgrades, and processes are more standardized and reliable. As a result, teams spend less time fixing issues or reconciling numbers and more time focusing on analysis, planning, and improving overall business performance.

What do you like best about the product?
SAP S4 hana cloud combines AI ,DATA and application making solutions smooth flexible and processing so fast and smooth .Implementation of all modules in single platform is very easy
What do you dislike about the product?
In todays scenario for e.g Utility project we need too much customization so same is very difficult to do 100 % and also integration with mulesoft or legacy or any other thrird party application is challenging
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP S4 hana cloud solving our end to end synch of data from PS PPM RTR also and CPM and AO and making fast and smooth process also. Chnges are very flexible

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it tied together my finance, procurement, sales, manufacturing and supply chain components in one simple, easy to use ecosystem,. It tied in nicely with my other SAP products keeping everything running seamlessly. It was frequently used in my business to keep everything flowing and our customers happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was very limited customisation, I was not able to heavily modify core processes which gave me fewer enhancement options compared to other products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything used to be very admin heavy and would follow a rigid process, the integration of SAP S/4HANA allowed everything to seamlessly flow as it integrated easily into my business. The product has removed the human aspect which would sometimes end up somewhere it shouldn't
