What do you like best about the product?
The best part of SAP Cloud is being able to work remotely from anywhere in the world. I also like that you can customize the look and the screens to fit your preferences, which makes it easier to use the way I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much to dislike about SAP Cloud. On rare occasions, there are reliability issues when the server goes down, but customer service is always available and helpful in getting everything back up and running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP Cloud solves many issues by making it easier to work remotely. It streamlines a lot of processes and helps reduce redundancies. It enables me to get things done remotely when I need to, on my own time.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) is cloud-based. It provides good product margin visibility, which is quite essential for my sustainability business. I also value the dashboards, as they seem to offer a helpful perspective or functionality that I find beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find CIM doesn't work as well as I'd like. Also, the initial setup wasn't easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives good product margin visibility for our sustainability business.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) transforms the ERP from a complex 'chore' into a high-speed, intelligent partner that helps me make decisions faster. I appreciate that with data processed in-memory, I don't have to wait for 'end-of-day' reports and can make decisions based on live numbers, reducing my reaction time from days to seconds. I find Joule AI and Embedded Analytics as the most impactful features, automating complex workflows via natural language and providing real-time analytics for immediate visibility. This eliminates manual data mining and 'batch' delays, allowing me to pivot operations instantly and concentrate on strategic growth rather than administrative maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most challenging aspects are the standardization rigidity and the high barrier to entry. Because it is a 'Public Cloud', I must adapt my business processes to fit SAP's 'Best Practices' rather than customizing the software to fit my unique quirks. Initial setup was demanding rather than easy, as the complexity was in data migration and aligning legacy processes with SAP's Best Practices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SAP S/4HANA Cloud to close the 'Information Gap', providing real-time data processing for faster decisions and solving 'false Stockouts'. It automates workflows with Joule AI and real-time analytics, eliminating batch delays and focusing on strategic growth instead of administrative tasks.

Increase in integrated products when compared to ECC. Fiori provides improved user experience when compared to the ECC screens. Improved system capabilities.

The complexity of working with SAP managed services when looking to perform actions like client refresh. The challenges in working through the complexity of setting up certain integrations.

Modernizing the system architecture and providing a foundation for the next 20 years. Building AI into the application and allowing custom agent and skills development.
