Fully Integrated ERP for Inventory, Manufacturing, and Financial Forecasting
What do you like best about the product?
SAP Cloud ERP is a fully integrated ERP software to support any company in its inventory and manufacturing tracking while offer all the tools for accounting and financial forecasting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a significant time to set up and the set up is costly. The set up is provided by third parties and can cost a significant amount that may hinder a company to implement it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It supports our needs to build productions and cost them effectively while providing a great tracking tool for auditing purposes. The forecasting tools available support the planning portion of our company.
SAP Makes Order Creation Simple and Keeps Departments Aligned
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity on creating orders, how well it works to get every department aligned, how they all have something to do with each other and SAP just makes it easier. Is user friendly, is not that hard to use, but could get integrated some AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't download multiple invoices at once, it would be very helpful if you could. It takes a lot of time to just download one invoice now imagine more than 5.

Smart solution for mid size business
What do you like best about the product?
Smart solution compared to private cloud. For non huge business is the easiest solution If you can adapt your business to S4 cloud, maintenance gets much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Harder to improve the solution compared to on premise. In case a new development has to be created it should be with extensions to the standard. With on premise there is bigger freedom to achieve the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduce cost compared with on premise solutions. Being a standard makes support easier. Also helps when onboarding external companies to support since everything is standard.
Organized Invoicing, but Multi-User Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I like how SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) keeps purchase orders organized and ensures that we can easily see when an order was completed from the customer's perspective. The email notifications are also really helpful, as they let me know when a customer sends in an order, so I can fulfill it without having to manually check. This feature makes the process a lot more efficient for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is challenging to have multiple users with one account. I think having a tutorial and user guide provided could be helpful. Even a live demo on how to organize our needs for multiple users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP Cloud ERP organizes invoicing and POs, making it easy for customers to track orders and for me to fulfill them without constant checking, thanks to email notifications.
Stable, Modern SAP S/4HANA Cloud with Clean Core and Real-Time Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is its strong Clean Core approach, which keeps the system stable and upgrade-safe while pushing custom logic to proper extensions. The API-first and CDS-based design also makes integrations and development more structured and modern compared to traditional ERP systems. I also like the real-time data model on HANA, which enables fast reporting without extra layers. Overall, it feels like a well-structured cloud ERP, as long as teams follow the standard rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike most is that the **Clean Core restrictions can feel quite limiting**, especially when you’re used to the flexibility of traditional SAP ECC. Some common requirements often need workarounds through BTP or APIs, which can increase complexity and effort. The **upgrade cadence and strict standardization** can also be challenging for teams not fully mature in cloud development. Overall, it sometimes feels less flexible, even though that trade-off is what keeps the system stable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP S/4HANA Cloud solves key problems like complex system landscapes, heavy upgrade cycles, and inconsistent business processes by enforcing a standardized, cloud-based ERP model. For me, this means less time spent on system maintenance and more focus on building proper extensions using APIs and BTP instead of modifying core logic. It also improves data consistency and real-time visibility, which makes reporting and decision-making much faster. Overall, it benefits me by reducing technical debt and making upgrades far more predictable.

What do you like best about the product?
It strikes an ideal balance between enterprise-grade data security and real-time agility, so our most sensitive information stays protected under world-class standards.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the system itself is powerful, the interface still feels clunky and outdated in several areas, which makes navigation less intuitive than what you’d expect from modern SaaS platforms.

SAP Cloud ERP addresses data fragmentation and manual silos by bringing business processes together in one secure, unified source of truth: "real-time visibility and guaranteed data integrity".

What do you like best about the product?
The strongest aspect is its real-time data processing powered by the in-memory architecture, which significantly improves reporting speed and decision-making accuracy. The standardized best-practice processes help reduce implementation ambiguity, and the integration across finance, supply chain, and procurement is tightly unified. I also appreciate the continuous updates model, which delivers incremental innovation without the heavy upgrade cycles typical of on-prem systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback is the limited flexibility compared to on-premise versions, especially when it comes to deep customization or highly specific business processes. Extensibility options exist but often require workarounds or adherence to SAP’s strict framework. Additionally, the learning curve can be steep for new users, and initial configuration, including data migration and integration with legacy systems, can be complex and resource-intensive.

Could be more user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Online data about my company status in every department. Quick access to multiple transactions and conectivity with other softwares besides the main ERP
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to navigate without extensive training, most of the transactions are very complicated and the software is not user friendly at all requiring local especialized assistance.

Organizing all departments of the company under the same metrics keeping the reliability of the data collected for internal strategic decisions, and transparency for audits

Its seamless integration with other SAP solutions ensures data consistency across the organization. The user-friendly Fiori interface improves usability, while automation capabilities significantly reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.

While SAP Cloud ERP is a powerful solution, the initial implementation and configuration can be complex and time-consuming. Customization options are somewhat limited compared to on-premise solutions, and certain advanced features require additional setup or expertise. The learning curve can be steep for new users, and occasional performance lags may occur depending on system usage. Additionally, support response times could be improved in some cases.

SAP HANA: Powerful Multi-User Support and Insightful System Reports
What do you like best about the product?
I like SAP HANA because it supports multiple users and provides useful system reports. For example, I use reports and transactions such as Code - MB5B, ME5A, MIGO, and processes like Goods Issue and PR creation. I also find the valuation and costing reports helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some parts, the layout system is not good, and in the prepared GRN, some information is not perfectly designed. Also, the job work material issue system is a critical system, and it needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Normally it is perfect, and I like the SAP Hana software. However, issuing raw material to a subcontractor is difficult, and some stock ledger reports are not done as expected.
