Real-Time Efficiency, But Needs Easier Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the real-time data processing and strong integration across business functions in SAP Cloud ERP, which helps keep operations efficient and connected. The SAP Fiori interface is intuitive and makes everyday tasks easier to manage. I also value the automation and scalability, which help reduce manual work and support business growth. Additionally, the platform's integration with tools like SAP Analytics Cloud for reporting and Microsoft Excel for data analysis streamlines workflows and enhances overall business operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is the complexity of implementation and configuration, which can take time and often requires experienced support. Some customization options are limited in the cloud version compared to on-premise solutions. Additionally, initial setup and user training can be challenging for teams that are new to the SAP ecosystem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP Cloud ERP resolves financial and inventory management issues by integrating everything into one system. It enhances real-time visibility, aiding quicker decisions, and reduces manual effort via automation and standard processes. The user-friendly interface and scalability streamline operations and support business growth.
Powerful PO Insights and Easy Excel Exports with SAP Tcodes
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about it is I can check a lot of information on PO, and I also can extract data into excel and there are may SAP Tcode transactions I can use for work
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I don’t like about the system is that I don’t know where to find out about the new SAP T CODE transactions. For example let say I want to extract new report A, but I haven’t never done it before. So I need to ask for advise from senior person for the transaction they use. There’s no where I can find out about this new t code transactions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem it’s solving is that it has all the information I needed to check on Puechase order I can just use one transaction and I can check all details on this PO

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about SAP Cloud ERP is its real-time data integration and automation of financial processes. It improves efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making while allowing finance teams to access reliable information anytime through the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of SAP Cloud ERP is the initial complexity and learning curve for new users, especially during implementation. However, with proper training, its powerful integration and real-time reporting capabilities make it very effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP Cloud ERP solves the problem of fragmented systems by bringing financial and operational data into one integrated platform. This helps improve efficiency, reduce manual errors, and provide real-time reporting, which makes my work in finance more accurate and faster.
Powerful for Database Needs but Setup is Challenging
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the master data part of SAP Cloud ERP. Most of the master data reports can be fully customized using bookmarks on both filtering and reporting. It's also really handy that everything links to Excel, allowing direct export into spreadsheets without needing to mess around with Power Query or other CSV file converters. Additionally, using SAP Cloud ERP in a browser means I can have multiple tabs open and manage different tiles at the same time. The customized accesses are a big plus, letting me easily add and reach the tiles I need. Creating a customized welcome page with all the necessary tiles grouped as I wish is another feature I appreciate. Although setting up the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) can be challenging, once learned, it's perfectly adequate for tracking project performance. I also like that the code itself is customizable and it's relatively easy to link other applications to SAP, like time-reporting apps or delivery application add-ons. Overall, it's very good for detailed accounting, project management, and finance purposes, even though it requires a lot of time to set up properly and learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the revenue recognition process frustrating because, unlike Oracle, time entry, costs, and revenue are not integrated into a single journal entry but are separate, making it hard to track revenue accurately. This separation results in difficulty pinpointing where revenue discrepancies come from. Another issue is having to manually add bill rates without the option to use a percentage multiplier, which I find cumbersome. Also, setting up SAP Cloud ERP is very difficult, which can be a real challenge initially and quite frustrating. Lastly, the user experience depends heavily on the setup being complete and error-free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP Cloud ERP does not solve problems directly but serves as a database for financial data analysis. SAC is excellent for customized reports and revenue leakage checks. However, revenue recognition is problematic due to separate entries, complicating tracking.
Versatile and Detailed, but Challenging to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything is trackable with SAP Cloud ERP. I appreciated the many options the software provides, such as easily changing currencies, prices, EAN codes, and creating new codes, all in one place. These functionalities make it very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it was sometimes a bit difficult to navigate. It wasn’t very user-friendly at first. Not very easy setup, having to ask for all of the permissions and learning to navigate SAP.

I use SAP Cloud ERP to keep track of stock, change product details like EAN codes, and to create new products efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how SAP Cloud ERP (formerly SAP S/4HANA Cloud) unifies our HR operations and helps keep track of everything related to an employee. I really like the user interface as it's easy to use, making the overall experience better. Additionally, setting it up was very easy, which made the transition smoother for our team.

SAP Cloud ERP helps with self-service procurement for indirect procurement and scheduling agreement for direct procurement. It also reduces the necessity and time for developing custom solutions due to fit-to-standard processes.

I like the fast speed of SAP Cloud ERP (formerly SAP S/4HANA Cloud), which is really helpful for my team. The initial setup was easy, especially with the integration between different modules like SS, MMPP, FI, and CO. It's been beneficial for configurations like the routing bill of material.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to improve the integration between different models in SAP Cloud ERP, such as SD, MM, PP, and CO and FI model. The integration should be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SAP Cloud ERP to solve FICU reconciliation issues with COPA analysis reports. It makes customer-wise, product-wise sales and profitability details clear. Initial setup for integration between modules like FI, CO, and others was easy and helpful.

The built‑in best‑practice processes preconfigured for industry standards are very helpful as they reduce complexity, speed up onboarding, and keep the system stable, requiring minimal updates. Continuous innovation is also a significant plus, with new features and improvements delivered regularly without requiring heavy upgrades or downtime. The unified platform seamlessly integrates various business areas like finance, supply chain, and procurement, eliminating data silos and enhancing collaboration across departments. Lastly, the intelligent automation capabilities, including embedded AI and machine learning, help automate repetitive tasks and provide predictive insights, significantly reducing manual workloads and improving efficiency.

Some aspects of SAP Cloud ERP feel powerful, but there are also areas where the experience can be challenging or less smooth. Limited flexibility compared to on-premise systems makes it feel restrictive when a business needs custom logic. Frequent updates, while innovative, require continuous testing and adaptation, which can be underestimated. The Public Cloud edition has functional gaps compared to the Private Edition or on-premise S/4HANA. Implementation can be challenging due to data migration and aligning business teams. Users also face a steep learning curve due to the complex interface and terminology.

It streamlines operations with automated processes, enhances compliance, and lowers IT workload by being cloud-based. What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate SAP Cloud ERP for its accessibility and how it allows business processes to be handled easily on a single platform. It's user-friendly, which is a big plus. The experience through SAP Fiori is very intuitive, making daily tasks easier and improving productivity. Sometimes business needs more options to adapt the system to their specific processes. Also initial implementation and learning can be a bit complex for new users. Providing more flexibility in customization and making implementation process simpler for new users.

I use SAP Cloud ERP to handle the complete P2P cycle, inventory management, and data migration. It's good for scalability and accessibility. Real-time data processing and reporting boost decision-making and productivity, while SAP Fiori offers an intuitive experience.
