Effortless Setup and Simple Configuration Out of the Box
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use out of the box. Configuration is much simpler than on premise. Also the interface is smooth. Subscription fee seems lower than other solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a bit rigid, some document types cannot be created (such as maintenance order type). Workflow seems a bit underwhelming, we can only do simple flow. The most disappointing feature is Jouille, the AI is hard to set up and it’s capability is not as good as ChatGPT or Gemini. Even clients are not found of this feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can give a much lower costs compare to other SAP products but meet the expectation of some small or middle size companies. We can do quick implementation as well.

What I like best about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is how seamlessly it integrates different business processes in one unified platform. I also appreciate the clean, modern interface — it feels less cluttered compared to traditional ERP systems. Plus, the flexibility of being cloud-based means easy scalability and reduced IT overhead, which is a big win for growing teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
While SAP S/4HANA Cloud is powerful, I do feel there’s a learning curve — especially for new users coming from non-SAP systems. Some of the navigation paths can feel a bit complex initially, and certain customizations require more technical support than expected. Also, occasional system lags during peak usage can slow down workflows. That said, once you get used to the environment, it becomes much smoother to operate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP S/4HANA Cloud is helping bring together multiple business functions that were previously scattered across different tools. It centralizes finance, procurement, and supply chain data, which makes tracking and reporting much easier. Real-time insights into operations mean fewer delays and better forecasting accuracy. It’s also reduced manual work — a lot of repetitive tasks are now automated, which saves time and minimizes human error. Overall, it’s made our workflows more transparent, efficient, and collaborative.

I find SAP S/4HANA Cloud to be very easy for accounting purposes, making complex processes simpler and ensuring transparency across departments. The setup was incredibly easy, which was a relief. I am particularly impressed by how it simplifies processes and supports smarter, faster business decisions. The HANA and FICO modules are extremely useful, and I appreciate the user-friendly interface. Additionally, its agility and capability to handle large data efficiently stand out. I would definitely rate and recommend it highly for these excellent features.

Reading all those documents can be challenging as they tend to be long, which is something business users like me often avoid. To address this issue, providing video recordings would be beneficial.
