Easy Adoption For Starters, Future Proofing to Get More Advanced
What do you like best about the product?
For starters like us, what I appreciate most about CleverTap is how 1. It is easy to use and adopt (very user friendly) and 2. how the Clevertap support team is there to make sure our organization can get better and better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited to communication / engagement platforms. It has a potential to become an "all in one platform" for CRM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily on Marketing Automation - being able to send out communications delivery to our target customer base when and how we want it. It also has good analytics and dashboards that allows us to identify and refine our campaign set ups month on month.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a truly clever AI-Powered intent engine designed to tap and retain forever by unlocking limitless customer value. Absolutely empowering, positively intentional, with capacity for personalized journeys that drive business and mutually beneficial relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, considering it doesn't come cheap, it sometimes has performance issues that leave you wondering what's up. But it gets going, it taps like no one's business. Making it worthwhile at the end of the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It activates the tools, channels and campaigns to target, tap and retain forever through personalized outreach. Enabling faster roi, improved business outcomes and growth.
User friendly interface & customer support
What do you like best about the product?
I used clevertap for one of my usecase to send push notifications to our mobile users which are registered on clevertap.
- With user friendly interface I was easily able to configure campaigns to send the
notifications and track the stats in the campaign only.
- Very helpful customer support, I was facing issues in understanding their api
documentation, so for that I contacted customer support and in no time their support
team contacted me to schedule a call with me to understand the issue and resolve it
quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Clevertap API documentation can be more understable. I faced difficulty understanding current documentation fulfilling my usecase, so have to customer support to understand it better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Few months back I got a requirement to send push notifications to mobile customers. So I found clevertap push notification, its user friendly interface and customer support helped me integrate push notification clevertap apis in no time. Currently service is live on production using clevertap push notification service which is solving our usecase.

- Personalize frequent experiences and automate campaigns across channels; we use it for all things marketing campaigns.
- Prevent user churn by detecting uninstalls.
- Target users outside of the dashboard, like website visitors.
- Comprehensive documentation for complex journeys and feature understanding.
- Interface is intuitive and easy to navigate
- Customer support is also good especially Sanjay Singh, if you're facing some issue related to WhatsApp or SMS, he will solve it with little to no time involvement from your side and it HELPS a lot. Anand Abhishek is your go-to person to sort out all things Clevertap issues on a day-to-day basis, is easy to talk with, and is very patient with our queries.

- Some (not much) data mismatch when tallying with Mixpanel
- Too many simple errors that sometimes delay the execution
- Some hard times while creating complex journeys; not too straightforward to create logics and plan journeys, hence requiring extra efforts and steps.
- Doesn't show an accurate conversion rate as to whether the user has converted because of the particular campaign or they would have done it anyway.

It makes real sense to engage CleverTap. And that's because it's the cleverest business tapping tool in the market. Very intuitive in its use of AI to reach, pitch, engage, tap and retain. An must-have for every marketer!

Some drawbacks are privacy concerns which is normal with data, and a dependency on internet. But that's expected.

it's a tool that cleverly uses AI to segment precisely who we need to approach, strategically engage via push, In-app, email, personalized campaigns. The end game of which is improved business outcomes and roi thanks to this sensible solution.

What do you like best about the product?
It is multi-engagement features allow us to communicate on various platforms to our customers. Has good personalizing features for a market to use in the campaigns. Good segmentation and automation for campaigns to be run daily. Also has a good analytics dashboard and Insights to analyze the campaign performance. Good integration, Implementation process and support one gets from the team. Can be frequently used as part of the daily campaign operates and the UIX is easy to use.

Cost is expensive compared to the other tools available.

Clevetap's analytics is by far the most accurate that helps me analyse the data across various channels. Also, the developments they bring in their tool is also commendable.
