What do you like best about the product?
The platform is incredibly intuitive, it has tools to analyze user behavior and create personalized campaigns. I've been using CleverTap for a few months now, and it has completely transformed how we interact with our customers.

there is nothing as of yet which i have observered except there could be a bit of lag once a while to the analytical dashboard.

What I like best about CleverTap is its comprehensive approach to customer engagement and retention. It offers powerful analytics that allow businesses to understand user behavior deeply, enabling them to tailor personalized experiences across various touchpoints. The platform's ability to automate campaigns based on real-time user actions, coupled with its robust segmentation tools, helps in delivering highly relevant messages, thereby improving conversion rates. What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main challenges with CleverTap is its complexity, especially for new users or smaller teams without a dedicated data or marketing analytics resource. The platform offers a wealth of features and customization options, but this can lead to a steep learning curve. Navigating through all the functionalities and setting up advanced campaigns or user journeys can be time-consuming and overwhelming without proper training or experience.

-I have been using CleverTap for acquisition, retention and churn management
-User-friendly interface, able to setup campaigns with ease
-Advances features such as personalised dashboard, automated journeys and segmentation capabilities

-Timely response and support from the team when answering queries and for troubleshooting

What do you dislike about the product?
-Some features and integration requires tech intervention from Product, which may cause delays
-Segmentation has room for improvement. I can't choose 'OR' but I am stick with using 'AND' which limits the criteria I'd like to set for a specific cohort
-Inaccurate conversion rates and unable to track which subscription plan a charged user has subscribed to based on a specific campaign.
-Rich notification requires a special code. Would be great if there is an easier way to set it up.
-The time it takes to stay logged in could be shorter as it is a hassle to be kicked out after being idle for a few minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap is a very user friendly tool, makes life very easy in terms of setting up campaigns and journeys. The product documentation is well versed to make you understand the tool in depth. The amount of information that you can get about a user from this platform is amazing. We have run quite alot of personalised and user centric campaigns and seen really good results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the sheer size of data that this platform holds, we face some issues with the loading speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main goal that Clevertap helps us solve is creating awareness and lead generation about a new product we have launched. Since our usecase is very specific with respect to, that we only want to communicate to the audience who is a user of our app. It gives us very high reachibaility and we can easily communicate with our users from multiple channels.
The CRM is very user friendly and easy to use and understand with a good tracking mechanism
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, 'Ask feature' on Clevertap, Customization with respect to campaigns, Extensive user journeys can be created, Features like 'RFM', 'Revenue tracking', 'NPS user survey', Tracking for every campaign, Customer support with respect to a dedicated Relationship manager and aslo 'Ticket support', Getting a new partner is also easy since vendors are easy to integrate with the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Segmentation with respect to Campaigns still needs improvement- as in we need to create multiple cohorts for one campaign as there is no possibility of segmenting with 'OR' and we still have to use 'AND' for most of the campaigns.

Been using CleverTap for a few years now, primarily for email marketing automation and push notifications. The features are easy to use:User-friendly dashboard,Omnichannel communication, Powerful segmentation options, Excellent customer support

Integration can be a bit complex initially, but Clevertab will hold training and connect you with their technical personnel to guide you

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap is very easy to use for Marketers, only needed some initial setup which will be assisted by Clevertap team also.
We really like the Journey feature, where we can setup a predefined, targeted, and automated series of marketing campaigns using various channels such as Push Notifications, Email, and In-App Banner.
Some features such as RFM Segmentation can really help in giving engagement in a quick way to our most valuable users or the dormant potential users to be reactivated again.
The Customer Support is also superb, we have a bi-weekly session to check if we experience any difficulties or if Clevertap have any ideas on how to improve the campaigns. Every Quarter, Clevertap team would also give Quarterly review to improve the business.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have seen other similar solution have a Nudges/Spotlight feature that can highlight specific area of the app to the user, but I think Clevertap currently does not have it (at least with my current knowledge).
The ability to highlight a specific section of the app (for example if we have new features in the app), would also be great.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us the ability to give targeted and automated engagement to our users, and it really helps us to increase the acquisition conversion rate and also to increase our retention rate. As it is very easy to use and can be done quickly, it can save a lot of time for us.
