Best tool for detailed user analysis & to target them
What do you like best about the product?
Best part of Clevertap is user analysis. We've used other tool as well but never found in-depth analysis in such simply manner. Also its easy to target particular segment users through that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mulitple profile management could get better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest problem was retention & first time conversion. Clevertap helped us understanding such user behaviour with the app and target them through segmentation.

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap is a journey for Mobile Marketing and analytics data obtained from this branch. The feature that is my favorite – despite having many – is the ability to analyze data and detect anomalies in funnels, which allows for adjustments to each product in order to stay on the desired path and project expected goals. Additionally, it is capable of processing long-term data associated with each product for which it is used. Therefore, it allows for the constant implementation of updates tailored to a market that changes very quickly. I love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation process is a bit tedious and cumbersome, since it is not a tool to be used by any type of user with basic levels of technological knowledge. An induction and/or training would be necessary to take full advantage of each function. Likewise, untimely alerts can be a problem for fixing general errors in each product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The greatest benefit that this incredible tool brought to our company was to provide important data on tracking our users' behavior, which allowed us to adapt to new trends and visualize as well as project ourselves into the future.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The only recommendation I can offer is to invest in training or train a master user in order to properly customize CleverTap to do exactly what each company needs according to its objectives and the reason why it invested in this tool.
Of the best to lead Mobile Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the best mobile marketing tools I have used in a long time. The feature we use the most in my company, and the one I consider the most outstanding, is the ability to launch campaigns solely and exclusively based on the analysis derived from the online and offline data processing of users.
What do you dislike about the product?
When heavy data and large files are used, the processing of flowcharts can be a bit slow and tedious, causing the processes to be delayed a bit. In my opinion, it's not something to discard this tool for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this tool to monitor data from users who access our campaigns and launch them according to the analyses obtained from the registration and order of said data. The program makes it relatively easy, and once fully implemented, it is quite easy to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My biggest recommendation would be to consider implementing this product and investing a bit in training to take advantage of each of its features and the ability to customize it, both according to the situation and the analysis readings as well as the already established business schedule.

I like the fact that Clevertap is comprehensive in its offering both as an analytics solution and customer engagement. So all stake holders right from product / engineering / marketing to leadership end up being users of Clevertap.
What do you dislike about the product?
To harness the true capabilities of the product - Clevertap requires marketing and tech to partner and work together for a proper implementation. So it isn't exactly a trivial project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking to reduce customer drop-offs at key on-boarding points with Clevertap. We can see this can be largely automated using Clevertap. For our product team Clevertap opens up a lot of insights on how users are using our product and where the drop-offs are happening.
We also like to reach out to our global customers with different messaging for different countries. That is easy with Clevertap. We also have the ability to target users depending on their status with us. So different customers get different messaging depending on where they are in their usage of our product.
Our users end up being from both web and mobile app, so having a combined profile and view of what these users are doing is very helpful to us. Clevertap does that well.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to send push notifications in real-time and re-engage dormant app users. The granular insights and A/B testing helps a lot to improve conversion rates.

More templates provided would be nice to have

User segmentation and personalizing our campaigns helped us in engaging customers who were drifting away.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using CleverTap, I use it to send notifications to our app users on a weekly basis. Using CleverTap, I could segment basis on recency and frequency (their best feature - it’s prebuilt)
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing where I think CleverTap can do better is for Ui/UX. Apart from this I think CleverTap has the features sorted.

Increasing our signups and maintaining our DAU/MAU has been the core problem we have solved with CleverTap

Use the customer success team to get setup for success. You do not need to worry about scale, the platform will scale according to your size.
Intuitive, Feature rich and Accurate - Must have for teams of all sizes
What do you like best about the product?
The toolkit enables powerful marketing automations out of the box. If not for CT, our team would need to spend several days and weeks building the same set of automations. Further, the analytics capabilities are at par with most tools out there and sufficient for most day to day use cases for product and growth teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the queries especially around Funnels and Flows can be slow, especially when using a large dataset. Further, user flow analysis, as of now, has limited capabilities.

The dashboard is very user friendly, and so are the insights, very helpful. Even the support team is very helpful.

Nothing, IT is very user friendly, but at times we get stuck with certain Understanding, so if a user manual made available would be very helpful

Our marketing campaigns have become lot more data-driven because of Clevertap.
With its AB testing feature, CT has also enabled us to do a lot of quick experimentation on the fly.

The way data is displayed can be confusing to interpret at times. We often find ourselves wishing for more clarity on some disparities in data, even though it ends up being an interpretation error a lot of times
