Omni-channel engagement models, performance and analytics around push notifications, prompt and dedicated support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dependence on developers for regular updates and integrations. Journeys not serving a couple of edge cases. Unclear communication in certain actions that requires industry-wide standardization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product growth initiatives and analytics are being tackled using Clevertap, the benefits of using Clevertap are many but to state a few: it is a state of the art product and has been well-thought of which being developed, the measures for communication delivery are amazing thus ensuring best delivery rates in the market, easy to integrate with other SaaS products and tools, great work on the UI/UX front making the usability and adoption easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Journeys and Cohorts are the best. Journeys also enable us to define the goals and thus allowing us to measure the journey success
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features need a multi-step process and with no easy way to return back and forth. I understand that this is currently a work in progress. Looking forward to see the revamp in upcoming releases
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can clearly understand the cohorts, dropouts. Over the last few months, custom events along with system events enabled us to customer behavior and tweak our apps accordingly

Having Used other Marketing Automation tools earlier, what Clevertap brings to the table is something beyond usual. Right from Integration to usage, the interface brings great value

There are few challenges with respect to Events and container storage and their estimates. Journey builder is easy but at times confusing, takes a lot to make the team understand to use clevertap to its optimum level. API delivery and SDK updates could have been smoother, ideally a process which ensures product side integrations with ease can be a win win
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engagement - We could almost double our engagements with Clevertap through its Omnichannel capabilities
Retention - Identifying stages of the customers has been easier now and sending them the most relevant communication

Impressive documentation, customer support, and platform simplicity helped our team identify our customer behavior and easily recognize patterns.

2: User Activity beautifully Mapped that gives me a Full Overview of what's does the user go through & where is the user-facing Problems by which we can overcome it by using Journeys
3: Trends, for some it might be small but understanding what's working on the Platform or where to push users more is a massive Feature

Sometimes the report doesn't match with our data, and to filter the brand name, the brand name mostly doesn't appear, so we have to type and the system can't read what we type, so cannot target it based on our preference.
