Clevertap: Easy Integration and Versatile

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate about Clevertap is how simple it is to integrate with other platforms. I also value that it offers a wide range of solutions all within a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
To ensure the platform is as effective as possible, it is crucial to have an internal team that can support operations and adapt alongside platform upgrades. However, it can sometimes be challenging to maintain the necessary technical resources within the organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having both the app and channel analytics available in one place makes it much easier for me to manage growth and run marketing campaigns more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it a lot, as personally we can create different campaigns for the company.

I like how versatile and multichannel Clevertap can be, as we can target the user in different ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes clevertap can be very repetitive and in the end it makes work easier with its segments and many other things.

I think analytics could me more simpler.

Great platform for Targeted Marketing

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy CleverTap makes it to send push notifications both for our app and on the web—as well as targeted emails. The platform helps us reach the right users without much hassle, and we've seen better engagement since using it
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the dashboard feels a bit overwhelming, especially for new users. It has a lot of powerful features, but it can take some time to figure out where everything is and how to use it effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap helps us engage users more effectively through timely push notifications and personalized emails. It solves the problem of reaching the right audience at the right moment, which has helped us improve retention and drive more conversions without needing to build complex systems ourselves.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about CleverTap is how it makes connecting with customers feel less like a guessing game and more like a smooth conversation. It’s super smart at understanding what users want, sending the right message at the right time, and helping businesses grow without all the hassle. Basically, it’s like having a marketing genius on your team who never sleeps
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, if I’m being real, CleverTap can be pretty overwhelming at the start — it’s like they just throw you into this massive, complicated pool without much of a lifeguard. There’s so much going on, so many features, and at first, you’re just fumbling around trying to figure out what’s what. I won’t lie, I definitely felt lost more than once, like wandering in a maze with no clue where the exit was. But once you spend some time with it, things start clicking, and it gets way easier to handle. Then it’s smooth sailing... well, mostly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap is solving our hassle of managing notifications by acting like a smart marketing manager who never takes a coffee break. Instead of juggling endless messages and guessing what works, it handles all the timing and targeting for us, making sure the right notifications reach the right people at the right moment. This means less stress, more focus, and marketing that actually gets results—without us having to micromanage every single ping. Talk about a lifesaver!

What do you like best about the product?
Ifind creating and launching campaigns with CleverTap remarkably straightforward thanks to its intuitive interface. Its user-centric design eliminates technical hurdles, allowing me to focus on strategy and messaging rather than setup. This streamlined workflow boosts efficiency and ensures timely, targeted outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t run two completely different campaigns—with unique titles and creatives—on the same audience segment at once. that means i have to finish one test before i can launch the next, which slows me down. it’d be awesome if cleverTap let me test multiple versions side by side so i can optimize faster. I can't also target users through MSISDNs we have to convert to user IDs to create our segments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap takes the headache out of manual user targeting and juggling different messaging tools—I can launch push, in-app, and WhatsApp campaigns from a single dashboard. this speeds up campaign roll-out and means we see engagement lifts almost instantly. by cutting out dev handoffs and Excel wrangling, i’ve freed up hours each week to focus on crafting better messages.

What do you like best about the product?
I use CleverTap for my day-to-day work as a Marketing Intern at AllEvents. So far, my experience has been super amazing with it. The support team is very responsive, my doubts get cleared easily and overall the analytics help me track the performance of my campaigns as well

There is nothing specific that comes to my mind. So far, the experience has been pretty good

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap is a very effective and easy to use CRM software. It has helped in multiple marketing activities and customer relations. It is so easy to schedule marketing promotional messages via WhatsApp, push notifications, emails and more. It is also very helpful to create customer automated journeys and can assist with insights through their analytics section. It can be easily integrated with other marketing service providers and data tools. The customer support team is easily reachable over calls and emails and are prompt in their response time and resolves queries with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can have more scope in improving the user interface, a new user will take a while to get adjusted to the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap has solved the problem of using multiple softwares and providers for conducting marketing activities, as everything is available all in the software itself. It has made business and marketing processes smooth and efficient.
