What do you like best about the product?
The added advantage of analytics and end-to-end optimization of campaigns make it really easy and ideal for marketers to reach out to the right audience at the right time and establish the brand
What do you dislike about the product?
Changes and updates and the little bugs. The changes made are not well informed or educated about and new releases are sometimes filled with bugs which although not grave issues but do hamper the experience

CT has an option to send user time bases campaigns and a one view for all campaign level goal tracking which gives us a detailed overview on what is performing and how each segment is growing.

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple channels available to reach your customer for example : SMS, email, In app notification, push notification, etc and multiple ways to identify where in the journey are they. You can create segments automatically from people who have dropped off the funnel or out of people who has triggered a particular event or trigger engagements based on real time activities of the user. We once used clevertap to communicate an error to a customer on a button click since our app did not have backward compatibility. We created a campaign with real time trigger on an event and sent an in app notification to user. it worked liked charm and felt like native error handling. It was beautiful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I hate the most about Clevertap is it's UI/UX. This is very ironical given that clevertap is a customer engagement tool and yet it itself fails at customer engagement. You cannot filter out the events triggered by a specific user properly. Creating campaigns is always a nerve wrecking process because there are so many options and you always feel you might be doing something wrong. They upgraded to a newer UI but I did not find that good either. I have used braze, mixpanel and clevertap has the most complicated UI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap is a marketing automation tool that provides you the ability to contact your customers through various marketing channels like SMS, push notifications, in app messages, emails etc through out their journey with your app. It helps us immensely to reach out to our customers during various points in their journey while using our app. We send promotional and transactional messages and run marketing campaigns almost every day to bring users back to our platform. Clevertap has been extremely helpful in customer retention to us

What do you like best about the product?
A/B testing, Best time to send feature, allowing me to create detailed segments and shooting dedicated campaigns to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow customer success response, also the system is too slow sometimes and my campaigns don't get saved even after hitting on save multiple times.

Also its a nice paltform since we run payment reminder campaigns for our clients via it.

It has helped me engage with customers more and has helped me to increase conversion so I have no dislike towards it.

Yes,it's support is very prompt in responding to it's user's so it won't be complicated to you as a beginner.

I am still facing good things with this amazing platform,so I have no dislike towards it.

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap offers an extensive range of marketing tools in one place from product experiences, segmentation, individualization to messaging channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
This ain't vendor flaw, but CleverTap has a wide range of tools to an extent that I have never finished to customize all.

CleverTap gives me the ability to retain cuatomers by engaging with them via messaging channels such as SMS and emails.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use software which helps to schedule and run campaigns.
With it you can easily tell which ads are bringing conversions with the attribution dashboard.
It's customer support is fantastic.
Also I like how it allows one to engage in cohort analysis and segment user's by their activities in the most seamless way possible.
