What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap is easy to integrate into your product
Offers excellent support in the product and also a standby dedicated account manager
The product is easy to use for users of all levels
The pricing is very affordable for growing businesses and startups
What do you dislike about the product?
Clevertap can be intimidating for new users due to the nature of analyzing events but is easy once they adopt
Clevertap visualizations need to be improved to match what other providers offer, i.e., more aesthetic to the eyes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap provides product analytics that point to the customer friction in our product
It gives us daily analytics of product usage
It offers us in-app push notifications/messages as well as email campaigns
Automated user journeys for user engagement and retention

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap is a great entry-level customer engagement platform. It offers everything we need in terms of features and functionality and the customer support is very strong.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's got a bit of a learning curve. Sometimes the web dashboard is a bit slow and clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap gives us a customer engagement tool that we use to send push notifications and emails both for transactional and campaign-style messaging. This initiative is used to drive up engagement and retention.

Clevertap is a very powerful tool that provides engagement on top of analytics. It helps you make good product decisions and ensures to generate product-led growth for your team. Easy to use and creates a high impact for your customer.

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool for building a consumer product. Strong analytics & statistics tools pinpoint the impact right from day 0.
Provides a transparent opportunity to re-iterate & make better the best.
Easy to use interface.
Campaign Management becomes a very handy tool.
Funnels are a great way to understand the impact, cleverTap shows it well.
When you can understand the consumer journey, this opens to door to solving real problems with feasible solutions.
Enables targeting a segment of users, hence opening channels for personalization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few time seems a bit slow to respond. The Year 2022 it is, dev-tooling/marketing/product-tools spaces are on next level now a days.
Documentation could have been better. Noticed the beta version of the documentation, looks great.
Initial setups are always tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business analytics & statistics, funnels help to understand the current impact and build better.
Campaign management & personalized targetting of users.
Personalization = Personalized push notifications = Conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature that i like in CT is the live dashboards which help us to modify or improve the journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
As mentioned above sms click rates is the option which should have been added in CT which would help in optimizing campaigns

We have received some of the push templates which we foresee to help us in terms of reaching out to our customers.

*could have given more power to counting unique of fields instead of just events.
For eg . if there are account ids as fields - counting unique account ids
