Most flexible and ingenious tool for managing data and information for customers

What do you like best about the product?
Most amazing feature of clever tap software is that there is an information sending scheduling feature which helps you to automatically send and share data to your clients and customers daily on time. You can analyse your customers journey over your websites. It is one of the dexterous tool for targeting gaining more interesting clients towards your company.
What do you dislike about the product?
This software does not offer you with an inbuilt emailing option, that is you need to do mails with third party application and intergrate it with the clevertap. Sometimes the integration process also slower down the processing speed of the platform. It is quite annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform has really helped us in creating and designing most unique campaigns and advertisements templates for targeting geniune users through social media platforms. And has increased our company's service in leser time.
The personalization option is helping my marketing team in creating personalized templates.

The best way to get people interested

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap's analytics are superior and more comprehensive than its competitors, albeit at a higher cost. Clevertap makes it easy to identify inactive user groups, design tailored user journeys, and give them personalized, automated notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is impossible to update a user's profile promptly. It is always urging that we upgrade, and their methods for detecting uninstallers do not appear dependable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transforming the user experience by customizing the user's actions and trips. The RFM analysis that resolves the majority of problems and aids in retention is available with a few clicks, and this is true for the whole retention segment.

What do you like best about the product?
- Clevertap is little complex but a very comprehensive service.
- The support is amazing, they provide quick support.
- All the support executives , has been very kind and supportive and help us solve smallest of all queries.
- Clevertap helps us send personalised notifications and with app analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
- At first you have to learn about the interface, wheres what and everything of the app. Though they have a university, but still with little to no practice at the platform, it becomes hard to find what you had to.

Clevertap is helping us solve the personalization and analytics issues in the app.

What do you like best about the product?
I highly recommend CleverTap to everyone - it's a great way to target and reach new clients and customers. One of the best features of this software is its ability to retain customers automatically. With this software, you'll be able to analyze and address problems quickly and easily. It has some great features for understanding your data, like analytics and segments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though CleverTap is a great tool, it sometimes has system issues that can cause it to get stuck in the middle of work. To prevent this from happening in the future, some features should be added to make the system run more smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to schedule notification campaigns
Better to understand the user flows/journeys
Very easy to filter the event-wise numbers and their conversions
Efficient customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited projects in a single account
Need to go back to filter one event to another
The project selection scrolling bar is so small
No tool suggestion to improve the campaigns as per the conversions

What do you like best about the product?
The segmentation, the straightforward UI and the slew of communication channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics still need workings & data representation capabilities are limited. Should add a few more filters in specific segments.

What do you dislike about the product?
Intent-based goals are yet to be developed the AI is weak.
Business POC and Accounts Manager support is weak; it often takes days to resolve a simple issue or reach them
The platform is rather expensive for a start-up, and every feature costs as an add-on, which one might get as a package on other automation platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me the ability to reach every segment of my target audience with the right kind of messaging separately.

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap has a really easy interface which helps to create campaigns easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Segmentation at times is a bit difficult in case when the And/Or part comes to play to select a userbase
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation is a perfect thing that Clevertap provides, and through the Journey, there's significantly less manual work that needs to be done once the Journeys are set.
