What do you like best about the product?
Seamless integration with the MarTech stack we have at the boAt lifestyle. CT is quite useful in activating customer segments and communicating through the other channels. The team at CT is quite helpful and prompt in answering the queries, helping with customizations and integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard quick guides OR adding the tooltips to OR information to get the meaning and background of the stuff being rendered on the dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Activating the customer segments, Abandoned Cart Notifications, Converting COD to Prepaid

What do you like best about the product?
I couldn't have imagined a solution with this level of Intelligence when tapping and roping in business. Quite astonishing. It very cleverly uses AI to go for the leads that matter to you. Intelligently makes use of strategies including push notifications, in-app messages to engage personally and successfully. Where it senses the need, its intelligent enough to integrate with complimentary technology to achieve what it set out to do. Its a class act.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its been easy enough to use since implementation, with good user support. Function-wise its been delivering. Cost is about the only drawback depending on how you deploy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It uses Intelligence, market analytics to help us precisely engage the right target market successfully. Its been performing fantastic, enabling us reach roi faster, broaden our customer base.

What do you like best about the product?
With the help of CleverTap, I have been able to increase interest in my services through marketing, and the program as a whole has been very helpful. In terms of efficiency, the interface is second to none and certainly provides a personalized service to each user. As a service that streamlines operations, it is highly recommended for its eye-catching and remarkable user interface. The process is flawless and efficient and offers fantastic marketing opportunities for any client.
What do you dislike about the product?
This program lacks support and is not fast enough to adequately respond to my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Responsible clients have benefited from our extensive experience in automated marketing consulting. When it comes to making better decisions, the program is really helpful. It is completely robust and gives the feeling of belonging to an enterprise environment. When we don't have market opportunities, it definitely helps us see them.

What do you like best about the product?
Engaging user is easier with Clever Tap,through it's multichannel targeting,it plays a significant role in user engagement also you can customize your apis for sending notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is a bit on the upper side apart from that everything else is superb.

With Clever Tap we had an excellent and seamless experience,Clever Tap has helped us to engage more audience and convert them into leads.

What do you like best about the product?
I quite like how this Platform cleverly uses AI to segment, provide analytics for tapping, engagement and retention. How it brilliantly uses push notifications, in-app messages and personalized communication to achieve above. Its user-friendly enough, easy-to-implement, has lots of useful features, reliable user support. C can vouch for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Did not at first like its learning curve. Found it sometimes has integration issues. Cost a bit high as well. But it delivers on its promise for tapping with roi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely helps us tap for business using clever AI, push notifications and personalized communication. Which for sure has improved outcomes and roi.

CleverTap for data and analytics (mobile app, webapp)

What do you like best about the product?
I had a positive onboarding experience by the CleverTap team. Special mention to Akshay Bhange who was the onboarding SPOC. He has a great understanding skill and technical knowledge. It made it easier for us to integrate CleverTap.

There are multiple data management options on CleverTap using which one can back up and import their data from CleverTap. If done properly, one will have their data intact and migrating becomes easier, if and when needed.

At the analytics front, I like the smart insights that the platform generates on it's own. It's really helpful to get quick insights and makes our life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few features in analytics that I would like to see. For example, one cannot filter a user's history in a time range corresponding to a certain event. There is a workaround but not an elegant one. Another being ability to split an event. One can filter it though. I am sure these features are in pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap is helping to generate actionable insights for me. This makes my life easier and enables me to take quick decisions that will benefit my product.

What do you like best about the product?
- Great support from Rashmi during the onboarding phase.
- Awesome documentation which makes integration easier.
- Easy to configure features which makes data sharing back to us simple.
- Capability to nudge customer to achieve business objective by means of journeys.
- Super easy to create segments and reach out to them via multiple channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Summarization, visualization and analytics can be improved.
- Changes made to customer profiles take long time to actually reflect on the platform.
- New product requests have long waiting times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Determine acquisition/transaction channel and fine tune our marketing strategy and optimize COA.
- Activities done on various devices is collated in a single profile which helps targeting and nudging on multiple devices easier.
