What do you like best about the product?
RL is easy to use. The option to have a customized dashboard makes it super useful for individuals. I like the option to add Customers also which makes a collaborative approach to finish the implementation successfully.
What do you dislike about the product?
Private tasks can be improved. For me, the rest of everything is covered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alternative to Excel and scalable and repeatable onboarding process.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate with SFDC as well as manage our implementation projects in a streamlined fashion. Gives us a great view of where things are at from a leadership point of view but is also a great improvement from an IC point of view on our previous tool.
The Rocketlane is extremely easy to work with, our Project manager became an integral part of our team during the rollout and the team overall has been really responsive. Our rollout was quick and smooth thanks for the amazing support from the rocketlane team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing but looking forward to more features being added in particular around capacity allocation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a previous tool that didn't allow us to share with our customers, equally adoption from our team was low due to the difficulty in using the tool. Our team is very impressed with how easy it is to use Rocketlane as well as the new features which are enhancing our customers' experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Would highly recommend as the level of service is excellent.

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless integration with JIRA and other project management tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Option to put multiple private comments with different timelines. Always we need to update that in the private conversation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Track all the activities from scratch to Go-Live for a new client.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are struggling to manage multiple tasks for a single project which involves multiple team, then its a worth giving a try to manage the same through Rocketlane.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing or feature of Rockelane is that you can tag your clients for any particular requirement or dependencies in any task and the fact that they have full view of the stages if the Task.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does feel a bit overwhelming in the beginning but once you start using it you understand its importance and how easy it makes your day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it as a Project Management Tool where we onboard clients and also use it for creating a transparent system so as the client can have complete access of different stages of the task.

What do you like best about the product?
- Integration with Salesforce
- Integration with Google office suites
- Clarity for inputting information
- UI is super wonderful
- Easier to collaborate among team members
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. Most of the required features are in place. A quick chat feature addition would be an added advantage for in-sync communication among teams members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Customer onboarding
- Handling customer requests and tracking the dependencies
- Overall project management for PoC schedule and managing comms among team members.

What do you dislike about the product?
As a budding product, there are some expected features that are either absent or not fully developed. The team at Rocketlane has been responsive which has resulted in the release of new features and others prioritized on their roadmap
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have moved away from managing projects in spreadsheets and now operating in a systematic way with Rocketlane templates which we can track project progress and gain data driven insights and trends

What do you like best about the product?
The product ticks all of the boxes we were looking for from an Onboarding tool - the dynamic templates and resource management aspects are especially noteworthy
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found one thing that I dislike so far, everything we've raised with the team has either been addressed instantly or they already had on their roadmap, can't fault the team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a tool that would allow us to deliver projects more efficiently but also allow us the flexibility our projects demand and we've found that with Rocketlane. The team can't stop raving about the chat and customer portal elements too.

- Project templates - Multiple Templates help in managing different milestones for a single project

Hubspot integration can be simpler, dependency on Zapier can be avoided.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can have custom task fields and categorize all my tasks into different buckets. Very easy to analyze and stay on top of things!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't customize the customer portal's UI completely. I can selectively disable modules and have branding, but not completely overhaul the UI for different customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to run implementation projects when customers also have visibility and are a part of the process.
