Really Good Support and Timely Responses

Really good support and timely response.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be improved to make it more user-friendly, which would be really great.

It makes tracking my project tasks really easy and straightforward.
Seamless Salesforce Integration and Templatized Projects in Rocketlane
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Salesforce to create projects in Rocketlane. Easy use of templatized projects. Excellent Customer Support. Excellent implementation support
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation: ie: Cannot set default home page at Projects or click 'back' in browser to get back to prior view of Projects with whatever search I just performed. I always have to click on Project icon again to get there and have to re enter my search criteria
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of Services requests, tracking of presales services workflows. Hoping to see results of hours tracking as more projects are completed
Effortless Project Management with Seamless UI
What do you like best about the product?
I use Rocketlane to track project-related tasks, timesheets, and resource allocation. It effectively solves the problem of tracking project progress. I really like the simple and easy-to-use interface, which makes submitting task updates and timesheets easy and quick. The initial setup was really simple, and the implementation team was very helpful, offering proper training and doubt-clearing sessions once we went live with the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now I have not found any issues with the Rocketlane software. However, I think the UI will improve with time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Rocketlane to track project tasks, timesheets, and resource allocation. It solves project tracking and progress monitoring. The simple interface makes submitting task updates and timesheets easy and quick.

Awesome Project Management Features and nice collaboration with customers.
It was super easy to get going and the customer support solves every question in maximum 3 hours, typically less. I use rocketlane almost every day

What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest i dont have anything to dislike about rocketllane. Maybe you could say, that it is a bit pricey, but id does offer so many features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is sollving the problem that our customers can onboard themselves into our own software.
Efficient Time Tracking with Seamless Project Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Rocketlane for weekly time tracking. It helps us track time spent on tasks and projects in an organized way, improving visibility into how team members allocate their time. Rocketlane makes it easier to manage work and plan by helping with project progress monitoring. The best thing is how easily it integrates time tracking with project tasks to log hours for any particular item. The switch from Tempo/Jira to Rocketlane was motivated by its efficient and simple workflow of projects integration with greater visibility. The initial setup was quick and flawless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting the timesheets could be one thing that can be improved that way anyone could look back at their time logs in past.

Intuitive UI, Helpful Templates, and Wonderful Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive interface, the user experience is very easy. The onoarding is formidable, templates are very helpful and the automation capabilities is wonderful.

The limited reporting limits, but overall is good.

Simple and effective for managing client onboarding projects
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Rocketlane to manage client onboarding projects and coordinate tasks between internal teams and customers. What I like most, is the ability to create projects, assign tasks to team members and track progress in one place. It helps keep everyone aligned on what needs to be completed and by when.
Its built-in client collaboration features are also very helpful. Being able to communicate with customers directly within the platform during onboarding projects helps avoid long email threads and keep conversations tied to the specific project tasks.
One other thing that I appreciate, is how easy it was to start using Rocketlane. It has an intuitive interface, and I was able to quickly understand how to use it. Projects, tasks and client communications are very easy to find, and you do not need much training to understand how to use these features.

What do you dislike about the product?
One limitation I noticed, is that it can be difficult to quickly navigate or switch between multiple projects in the same time. When working on several onboarding projects, I often need to open one project, check or update a task, and then move to another project. Currently, this requires closing the current project and navigating to the next one, which can slow things down a bit. Having an easier way to keep multiple projects open or switch between them would improve the workflow.

Rocketlane helps me organize and track client onboarding projects more efficiently. Instead of managing tasks through separate tools or email threads, I can create structured project plans, assign responsibilities and monitor progress in one place. It also improves communication with both internal teams and customers, since conversations and updates happen directly within the project. This makes onboarding more transparent for clients, and helps ensure tasks are completed on time.

What do you like best about the product?
The most impressive thing about Rocketlane is its rapid pace of innovation. Over the last year, the improvements in resource management and automated workflows have been game-changers for our team. It doesn't just track tasks; it actually helps us visualize team capacity and prevent burnout.
I also love how much the reporting has matured. We can now pull granular insights into our delivery timelines and project health without having to export everything to a spreadsheet. It’s truly a "source of truth" for our customer-facing projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is incredibly powerful, the sheer amount of customization available means there is a bit of a steep learning curve at the start. It took our team a few weeks to really nail down our global templates. If you’re looking for a simple 'out of the box' task list, this might feel like overkill initially, but the effort pays off once you’re fully set up.

Before Rocketlane, our onboarding process was fragmented across emails, spreadsheets, and various PM tools. Rocketlane solved the "black box" problem of customer onboarding.
By using their customer portal and native integrations, we’ve significantly reduced the friction between our sales-to-CS handoffs. Our customers now have a transparent view of the project journey, which has directly improved our Time-to-Value (TTV) and overall client satisfaction.

Keeps Projects Organised Despite Occasional Glitches
What do you like best about the product?
I use Rocketlane for project management. I like that it allows me to keep everything nice and organized and track all the tasks I need to do for every type of project. I really like the user interface. The spaces feature is something I appreciate because it lets me embed different files like Google Docs, keeping all of my notes organized for one project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the software is a little buggy. You have to refresh a couple times for updates to show. The UI, as nice as it is, it does look a little outdated as well.

Rocketlane allows me to keep everything organized and track all the tasks I need for every type of project.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use, easy to understand. We like that it is a one-stop shop for project management. We have been able to consolidate the use of multiple systems into just using rocketlane instead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of bugs. I have many tickets open/submitted with Rocketlane.
I also heavily dislike the "apply to subtask" filter option in the List view on the project level. It makes things more confusing for the user, it does not make things simpler.
We also dislike that there is not a full admin audit log. You can export audit logs for projects, but as admins, we have no way of seeing an audit trail of, for example, who deleted a field, who created a custom field and when/time, who added a user to the system, who deactivated a user along with time and date etc.

We use to have to use multiple systems, now we can rely on just Rocketlane. This saves our users time and helps overall company profitability. We also like the use of the customer portal, and easy project lists with the ability to create custom project lists and general task list views. We like that this is customizable.
