Handling timelines very efficiently.
What do you like best about the product?
In this platform, I can manage the project timeline in a much better way.

Sometimes platform hangs up. It takes time to write down your comments or add activities.

I am able to track time for the tasks I would work on.

I love its intuitive interface and tasks/sub-tasks module, with timeline/assignee features that make the process customizable and user-friendly.
It ensures well-planned projects and streamlined task tracking, instilling confidence in internal executives, clients, and even their executive sponsors.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't observed anything as of now. When there is a challenge, Rocketlane has a supportive team to provide workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in operational efficiency and for easy tracking of the project status. The dashboard provides a snapshot of team/region-wise views to plan decisive strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane is an agile tool that meets our needs. There are tasks, sub tasks, sub sub task options and more! We love that we can create dependencies, automations, and it connects to other tools. Finally, the Rocketlane team is amazing all around!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to this tool. Our Salesforce integration required some additional engineering, but the team made it happen and has delivered us a fantastic product!

We are solving time to value and capacity, as well as visibility into projects for our customers.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to toggle between 2 different projects, it would have been great if they gave a simple switch option to toggle.
The current templates are outdated should have multiple to choose from, whether it's onboarding a client, doing POC, and so on.

Nothing, to be honest. It is a great tool for project management and customer onboarding. Also, the customer support is really dilligent and helpful.

Customer support is not very active and resolution time is also high, Cost.

It allows us to track all our peojects and make sure they are completed well within the given deadline. It gives transparency between users and clinet through chat which makes easier to communicate and understand the scope of project. It also helps in tracking the bandwidth of the other team members.

Ease of trakcnig implement every task in the most simplest of manners and the attribution and tagging part of each task is also well designed.
I use this for managing crucial client facing projects almost every day and the tool has ben a life saver to say the least.

Slightly confuing UI which has a small amount of learning curve but once that is done, it becomes a really easy and efficient tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
streamlining communication and helping to get a birds eye view of the project.

Rocketlane was a best Implementation tool, with creating various projects, milestones, tasks, statuses and others. I have used the tool for a while during delivery of projects and extremely pro tool.
