What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane helps you to manage your tasks and work accordingly, The best thing about rocketlane is its integration with the Microsoft team meetings which helps user to easily fill the required details every week

It should be accessible via mobiles so that the employees can submit their timesheet even when they are not around their systems

It saves a lot of time by reducing the tidious work to submit timesheets.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a lack seen in syncing. Example - Timesheet submission showing Add project and add all rows from previous week. Sometimes 'Add all rows from previous week doesn't show up'.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Tracking and visibility to senior management, automatic notifications for tasks and timesheet submissions
There are few issues related to the speed of page loading. Apart from this I am good.

User Friendly and the UI is good when in comes to Project Views and the Allocations

Slowness which I am facing mainly on the peak hours

- I have faced access issues in the past which took 2 months to resolve. But since then, it has been easy to use.

It has replaced excel sheets and made project management much easier.

What I don't like about UI is that you can't access the URL of the Spaces file.

It seems like it's so popular and gaining so much traction that the underlying infrasturcture may not be able to keep up with the demand and load, making it respond slower and slower the longer I have been using it.
Seems like we always need to do a full web page refresh whenever we make any changes.
I need the project updates to be able to "bring forward" the prior weeks report and I only need to add the new items.

Easy to learn, excellent and intuitive interface, friendly and helpful customer support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations in "drag and drop" type features, some settings at the root level and not by project.

Easy way to manage client onboarding journey with team members and the option to provide transparency to clients as well.
