Essential Tool for Social Media Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for scheduling social media content, and I find it allows me to bulk schedule all of my content for all social accounts in one easy-to-use platform. I like looking at my analytics in the platform and use the planner every day for my social media. I also like to see the social performance score each week to see how performance is going. These features help with scheduling content weeks in advance, help me assess how each of my posts are performing, and analyze where they can improve. The initial setup of Hootsuite was pretty simple, especially when it came to connecting accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Possibly more webinars on how to dive deeper and really make use of all of the tool provided, I tend to only use what I already know and learning more about other tools available would be great in a webinar style.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to bulk schedule content across all social accounts easily, assess post performance, and analyze where improvements are needed. It is solving the tedious work problems by allowing me to schedule, check post performance, and look through analytics all on one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for my government agency to cross-post to five different platforms, which streamlines our social operations. It saves me a ton of time because I no longer have to post individually to each platform. I love the analytic dashboard and scheduling features, as they provide reliable performance metrics and allow me to publish simultaneously. This ensures consistent messaging and improves our efficiency and effectiveness. I particularly enjoy scheduling in advance. The analytics help me identify which messages resonate most with the public, aiding us in adjusting and planning accordingly. The initial setup was very easy with no issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes our Threads get unlinked. Formatting differences between the platforms are not always reflected well. The preview option does not display 100% accuracy of what it will look like when posted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite streamlines our social operations by saving time on cross-posting and providing an analytics dashboard. Scheduling enhances message consistency and effectiveness, and analytics guides us in adjusting our strategy.
Hootsuite Is Effortless to Learn and a Big Time-Saver
What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly - my employees have had no problems learning how to use Hootsuite! This saves us time, which is extremely important in our small office.
What do you dislike about the product?
We really don't have anything we dislike. How often can you say that about any product or service? The only thing that is frustrating is when disconnections happen, but Hootsuite notifies us immediately and makes it easy to fix the problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a small office and Hootsuite allows us to focus on the best-performing platforms in the simplest way possible. We can write/design a single ad and quickly post it on multiple platforms for best results.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hootsuite for its ability to share on multiple platforms at once, which makes things easier by using just one app. The calendar layout helps me visually see what's going on and being posted for the week, saving me some mental space. I also appreciate the opportunity to boost a post through Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to have the feature to tag people, add music, invite collaborators and or use all the features accessible to the apps on Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite reduces the hassle of self-posting by scheduling content for the week in one sitting. I like sharing on multiple platforms simultaneously and the calendar layout, which helps me visualize my posts, saving mental space.
Organized and Efficient, But Graphics Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to draft posts and have a calendar that gives me an overview of all my tasks. It allows me to keep my posts organized, stay on track with monthly goals and weekly tasks. The calendar helps me stay on track with how many posts I need to make for the week and if I have posted enough on our socials. The drafting feature allows my manager to give me feedback on things I've created. It was pretty easy to set up initially.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it decreases the quality of graphics sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite keeps my posts organized, tracks monthly goals and tasks, and lets my manager see project progress. I love drafting posts and having a calendar overview, which keeps me on track with weekly postings and allows manager feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hootsuite's ability to provide cohesive insight to data within the platform, making it easier for lean teams to stay on top of what's working and what's not. I also appreciate the scheduling abilities and calendar creation to build weeks out. It's important that I can plan ahead and automate my posts. I've been using Hootsuite across jobs for a decade now - it's my preferred platform. The initial setup was very easy with no complaints.

I'd say adding more design capabilities in platform

I find that Hootsuite improves customer communication efficiency and provides cohesive data insights. It helps my lean team plan ahead and automate posts, making it easier to manage our marketing efforts.
Effortless Social Media Management, Needs Better Tagging Features
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for scheduling social media posts on LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and occasionally Instagram for multiple pages. I appreciate being able to plan our content calendar weeks in advance. It allows both me and another colleague to seamlessly schedule content for the same accounts and coordinate our schedules. Hootsuite is very direct, straightforward, and easy to use, which makes planning a lot simpler. I also find the suggested schedule times helpful. The initial setup was seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could tag people in LinkedIn posts captions or be able to tag companies/people in the attached graphics. When I try to tag companies in the caption, sometimes it doesn't come up. We can't tag individual people at all. And we can't add photos tags to graphics.

I use Hootsuite for work at a non-profit and appreciate being able to schedule one post across multiple social media platforms in advance. I find the interface easy to use, which makes the experience better. I also like that the analytics are easily accessible, and I can change the modules based on what data I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little bit difficult to share reels since the main platforms we use are not interchangeable. Specifically X is not compatible with Meta. On occasion I use Canva but it's more simple for me to use Canva directly than through Hootsuite.

Streamlined Multi-Platform Scheduling with Easy Tagging and Reposting
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Hootsuite is pre-scheduling content across multiple platforms all in one place. Being able to tag from within the platform is key. I also love that I can easily re-post anything that I've posted within the last year, with the tags still intact. When I'm stuck for content, I'll look at what I've posted in the past to see if I can find anything to reuse.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used to be able to tag individuals on LinkedIn, and I can't seem to do that any more. The whole reason I use Hootsuite is to streamline social media posting. It's frustrating when I have to go into LinkedIn after posting on Hootsuite to tag someone. It defeats the purpose of scheduling via Hootsuite....what's the point, if I have to go to LinkedIn anyway?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a one person shop, so there's no one to post for me when I'm out. Being able to pre-schedule content across all our platforms saves me from having to post on vacation.
Good value for all-in-one content planning and analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I’m enjoying all the tools available to me and the overall functionality the platform offers. Being able to review analytics and data in the same place where I schedule and plan content is especially valuable. Additions like customizable alt-text and link preview editing have also helped enhance performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not enjoying the social listening tools; they’re quite weak. I also don’t think there are enough integrations to support the video editing and scheduling process. I’d prefer to be able to pre-schedule Reels with the caption, cover, and a sound added directly from Instagram, as that would help increase reach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me stay organized across the multiple brands I manage. It’s also a very user-friendly platform: the UI/UX works well and doesn’t require much time for onboarding or the learning process. For me, the main advantage of Hootsuite is how many accounts and platforms I can connect and pull data from, all in one central place.
