Useful Calendar with Room for Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I like the calendar feature in Hootsuite. The visual aspect of the calendar is something I enjoy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the time suggestion feature lacking and the Instagram integration could be improved. Also, visually, the post page seems clunky. When I tried using Hootsuite with Asana and Canva, the experience wasn't great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me manage posting on different social media platforms, though it can take longer with copy-pasting. I like the calendar's visual feature, despite wishing the time function was improved.

Easy, Intuitive Scheduling with Great Streams and UI

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of scheduling abilities, streams feature, and overall UI. It's easy and intuitive to schedule posts across all social channels, as well as integrating new ones. Streams are nice for editing posts already made, or for sharing specific things. And, the UI is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to say. Occasionally, there's a bugs or technical glitches, but they seem to be rare. Sometimes it feels like a chore to delete a photo from a schedule set of posts, having to click the image, then delete. Also, mass updating a scheduled post would be great instead of going channel by channel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help us solve managing our social channels. We can schedule weeks out with our assets and copy and make it a breeze to build out and execute on our GTMs. Takes a lot of work off my plate.

What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing agency managing social media for multiple clients, Hootsuite saves us an enormous amount of time. The ability to schedule, monitor, and report across all accounts from one dashboard is invaluable, no more constant platform-switching. The analytics are by far the highlight for me. I've used a lot of tools in this space, and Hootsuite's reporting is the most comprehensive and presentation-ready I've come across. We pull client reports directly from the platform, which cuts hours off our workflow every month. It's the first tool I recommend to anyone running a multi-client social operation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be a tough pill to swallow, especially as you scale and need to add more users or social profiles. For a growing agency, the cost adds up quickly. The interface also has a bit of a learning curve for new team members, it's not the most intuitive onboarding experience out of the box. These are minor complaints given everything the platform offers, but if they streamlined pricing for agencies and simplified the initial setup, it would be a near-perfect tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the biggest challenge we face as an agency, managing multiple clients' social media presence without losing time or consistency. Before, we were logging in and out of individual platforms, manually pulling data, and piecing together reports from scratch. Now everything lives in one place. The integrations with platforms like Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn are seamless and reliable, performance has been consistently strong with minimal downtime or lag across our accounts. The scheduling keeps content calendars running smoothly for every client, and the analytics give us clear, presentation-ready data to make faster decisions. It's saved us several hours per week and made our client reporting significantly more polished. The AI-assisted content suggestions have also been a nice addition for brainstorming captions when we're moving fast. Well worth the investment for any agency operating at scale.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hootsuite for a few years now. I come form the agency environment, and I love how we can schedule our posts and get comprehensive report analytics of it. I also quite enjoy using OwlyGPT to assist with the creation of social media captions. The overall performance of the platform is great, pricing is fair for the features and integrations you receive. We haven't had the chance to integrate our account with other platforms yet, but we know that there are quite few options of different integrations. Moreover, the team offers great support and onboarding training and everyone is quite responsive when needed. The overall design UI/UX of the platform is easy to use and quite user friendly. It isn't hard to find the tools and information you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how it doesn't allow integrations with TikTok for photos for example, I also have noticed that certain analytics are not being supported anymore, and I also do not like how the integration with Wrike is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be honest, I am not sure if I have faced any problems yet and I am also not aware of current updates. Although, every time we have had a barrier, the team has always been quite responsive to answer our questions.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrations and ease of use. I like that our two brands can each utilize our one account and makes it easy to cross post and schedule things out cleanly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish our Instagram could get connected. It lacks in that area but it could be something to do with our Meta account issues. I also wish the Facebook previews showed just like it would appear, as currently it doesnt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has been beneficial in being able to cross post and overall save time on posting and scheduling out content. It makes my life easier and faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that Hootsuite makes media planning easier and helps with design. The reporting feature is absolutely amazing. I find Hootsuite user-friendly and resourceful, making it easy and fast to navigate and post. The initial setup was very easy and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing already published posts sometimes is a hassle. It would be better if it was simpler.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps me get the job done quickly. allows me to look at real time analytics. Easy to use, doesn't require a lot of training. the AI writing help has been nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Higher pricing, especially for a small team like ours. Would love to add in a way to tag companies, but it is on a higher tier than we can afford, so if I have to tag someone, I have to post it everywhere first, then go back in and edit all 15 posts, OR post directly in Facebook, which defeats the purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite helps make our social media publishing more efficient and allows us to keep track of engagement and other metrics. I appreciate that you can schedule posts and even have posts approved by your manager, which is super helpful. The initial setup was easy, thanks to our dedicated team at the Government of Canada. I would definitely recommend Hootsuite because I don't know of any better tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging in images on Twitter and Facebook is not possible; we can only tag in the message itself. Sometimes photos will disappear after a manager approves the post, especially for Twitter posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes our social media publishing efficient and lets us track engagement and metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool makes it really easy for us to see which posts are scheduled, along with a cleaner view of our feeds and simple filtering by channel. It makes planning posts super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accounts connected to Hootsuite disconnect fairly often. This may be a security feature, but when the accounts disconnect it affects scheduling until they’re reconnected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us an easy way to schedule posts across multiple platforms, and it also makes it simple to view our posts, mentions, and feeds for those channels.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Hootsuite allows me to write and schedule content in one place for many clients, which saves me time. I also appreciate the feature where you can add collaborators, although I don't use it much due to the need to boost posts. Additionally, you don't have to schedule content again after getting it approved by clients, which is convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes locations do not pop up, making it difficult to find Facebook accounts. A lot of times my posts fail to upload when I have a location set. Also, the disconnecting of accounts is an issue.

I like how we can write and schedule in one place with many clients, saving time. You don't have to schedule your content after getting it approved by clients.
